magine a culinary journey where the art of winemaking converges with exceptional dining. This is the essence of a winery restaurant experience – a delightful adventure for your senses. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect: Ambiance Scenic Surroundings: Many winery restaurants are nestled amidst picturesque vineyards, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. Yesterday I had a horrible time during my wine tasting. I was having a great day until I asked one of the girls that serves wine Melissa for a different taste from my list and she gave it to me then when I told her that the next was Chardonnay she said no you replaced it I said I never replaced anything you didn’t ask me get me the manager she got me the manager Ryan, which was no help at all being Christmas and me being a customer for so many years and signed up five people it was the worst experience . him being the manager Ryan he needs a lot of customer etiquette. him being the manager he didn’t make the problem better he made it worse. I told him you know I should just cancel my membership. He says I could do that for you right now is that something a manager would tell a customer No!! He was try to find the way to make the customer happy and just forget about what happened over a glass of wine tasting that is half your pinky that’s what they pour half a pinky which is nothing for what they charge. I will never put a foot there there’s so many other Cooper’s Hawk with awesome Management because I become friends with all of them Coral Springs, Dania Beach. Specially, Las has great management. Pembroke Pines has the worst specially with him now being there.. I wouldn’t recommend going to the winetasting and if you do, the other ones are very nice don’t go to Melissa because she has to protect her little job. She’s a little girl that needs a lot of experience in life again over a glass of wine tasting which I paid for in my membership that sky high and I only that sometimes I don’t even go and what do they do? They keep that money in my membership because if I I lose my wine. tasting, I lose everything that month so they make all that money. I also told Ryan that I should cancel my membership. He said I could do that for you right now is that proper customer service coming from a manager? Absolutely not.!!!!!!! He needs to learn how to acknowledge Customer values and obviously he doesn’t know how to do that again before you appointment management they should go through very good schooling in Customer Service and how to deal with people one on...

We have been driving by this place for a few weeks, looked at the reviews and gave it a shot. It is a beautifully built restaurant which opens up in a wine lobby with a large varietie of wine to look at and taste along its large taste testing bar. Once past that, you come to the hostess stand and there was not wait, however, you can still see the bugs not worked out yet of a newer restaurant as we waited longer then we should have had to so sit. Once seated, we were told by the waitress, who was very nice that she was going to be our waitress but she could take our drink orders. My wife ordered wine and I ordered off the specialty cocktail list. After a few minutes, the drinks arrived which were good. Our waitress finally showed back up and told us that she was going to our waitress after all. No suggestions were made nor were we asked if we have ever been here before. You could see on the menu that they had wine pairing #s next to each entree. We ordered chicken pot stickers, shrimp and polenta and I had surf and turf which was filet medallions with a parmesion cake on top and crabcakes which came with mashed potatoes and I changed one item out for brocolli. The potstickers were very good. Everything else, and I mean everything else had way to much salt on it. The potatoes, my wives shrimp dish, my steak and crabcakes and even the mashed potatoes were marinated in salt. Almost over powering. Should have just stuck to burgers and salads!. I might come back just for light fare next time though not overly priced, B&Js just west of them does a much better job in the price point and food quality. We walked out with more than half of our food in to go bags. I would like to see a response to the over salting of everything. It's such a nice restaurant but the salt is a killer. I think most people would rather have something under salted and then add verses the otherway around. One is fixable. Too much salt, ruins everything. As a matter of fact, I cant rhink of one place that we have eatin that has had so much salt. Even McDonalds knows how much salt to put on...

Husband and I went for my first time and second time for my husband. It was such a delightful experience. Our server was Scott and he was absolutely splendid. We’ve gone to expensive restaurants where what we spent here would’ve been one dish and haven’t received the service we got from Scott. He was an absolute delight and upped the experience of our lunch. We started of our meal with the chef special, I can’t remember what it was called but it’s the breaded cheese balls. My husband eats like a child and hates peppers and celery, which this dish included, but it was so delicious he said he didn’t even mind knowing and tasting them. We both got a rissotto: I got the braised short rib risotto and my husband got the shrimp and scallop risotto. They were both absolutely delicious but my husband regretted not getting mine. The braised short rib added such a nice flavor to the risotto that I haven’t tasted before. The shrimp and scallop risotto was also delicious and a lighter dish compared to the rib one, definitely not a bad dish, but if you’re a meat lover, I recommend the braised short rib. Finally we ended our meal with the apple pie by recommendation of Scott, I don’t like apple pie, it’s always so stiff and overly sweet. The one we had was absolutely delicious, the crust was flaky, the apples were soft and not overly sweet, and the berries cut through the creaminess so it wasn’t overbearing. Scott told me they make EVERYTHING in house and I believe the ice cream is also made in house because it don’t have that sickly sweet taste store bought ice cream has and it instead of making the dish overly sweet it actually calmed the sweetness from the apple. The wine was delicious too, all recommendations from Scott were great, im not exactly sure what I had, but I absolutely enjoyed it! Overall, such an awesome experience, I can’t wait to come back and taste more of the menu.
