Five Guys — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

Located in the Pembroke Lakes Square shopping plaza, I wanted to check out Five Guys and try their burgers. A typical fast food joint with adequate table seating for customers; Five Guys offers a variety of quick bite items such as burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and fries. Prices are under $10. They also have fountain drinks. All of the various toppings are free so you can customize your burger with as much as you like.

Once I was greeted by one of their employees, I placed an order for a bacon burger, regular fries and drink. NOTE: They don't sell the burger as a meal, you have to purchase everything separately. To the burger I added BBQ sauce, grilled onions and mushrooms. After the ten minute wait, I quickly dug into the bag to taste my meal. Mmmm-mmm, my compliments to the cook. The burger was made nicely with all of my choice toppings and it was juicy. The fries was fried to a golden brown and was lightly seasoned with salt.

It's good to know that I have found another place that offers good tasting burgers. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area to try a burger with a different variation...

I strongly advise against ordering from this location for pick up or delivery. When prompted from the Five Guys website to order for delivery (advertised prompt delivery), Five Guys updated my service location from a closer store to this store for delivery. However, when I experienced several delivery person re-assignments and we were well past the advertised delivery window with no update as to why our order kept getting reassigned drivers, I tried to call the store three times and my call was disconnected all three times without ever giving me to a store representative to ask for the order to be canceled or even if I could come in the store and pick it up. I had to go through DoorDash to get the order canceled so that they wouldn't continue to shuffle my order around from driver to driver, but I have yet been able to get a hold of anyone at FiveGuys to get a refund of the food I never received because nobody in store would answer my phone call to tell me what was happening with my order. Delicious burger & fries!!! My burger came out exactly the way I ordered, and the staff was awesome! Place was clean and comfortable. We had a great experience, and definitely coming back! Thank you!

Very simply the best burger in town. Love the fries, reminds me of the boardwalk fries in Seaside Heights, NJ when I was a kid. Definitely not healthy, but, the more grease the better. Not an everyday place, but a great treat a couple times a month. If you like burgers and fries, you gotta check out 5 Guys.

Delicious! Not greasy at all. I love how you can put so many different fresh veggies on your burger for free! The staff were really friendly to us. And the atmosphere inside was clean and bright. From the outside it doesn't look like much but it's nice inside. My daughter loved cracking open the free peanuts while we waited...
