So I went through the drive through, only got half my order, so waved for the girl to come back over to the window. She handed me a small bag and I told her it was still missing items only for her to tell me she had given me the wrong bag. (Sidenote another McDonald’s had screwed up my order not long before so I was a little irritated) I get home and my boyfriend opens his two McDoubles only to find that they had put everything on them even though I clearly said only ketchup, and confirmed it before I pulled forward at the drive through. So I tried to call to see if they could remedy the situation...I called 5 TIMES. No one answered so I just went up there and brought my portion of the food up there as well so they could remake it because by the time I had gotten back home with the order my stuff would be cold. So I get in there, tell them what’s going on and they start to remake the stuff. She told me it would take about 4 minutes. 15 minutes goes by and I hear someone say were these supposed to have bacon on them? I said yes just like the ones I just handed you back... so I’m assuming they had to remake them or something because it took forever. Then someone comes out and asked if I had a receipt (which was honestly a little too late to ask) and I told them I didn’t get one, which I didn’t. So they finally finish it and give me the food and they still screwed up and gave me one McDouble. So I tell them they messed up again and that I ordered two with only ketchup. They start making another one and someone yells that was only ketchup right? So you can only guess there is going to be only ketchup on it since that’s how they made the previous one and that’s why I was back up there... I gave them the benefit of the doubt, get home my boyfriend opens the last one they made. And guess what???? It has pickles on it “applause applause!” So I tried to call back AGAIN. Anddddd no one answers after a ton of retries. So I emailed McDonald’s about the issues, last time a woman called me back the next day left a message I called her back and she handled it. Read moreFirst off the teenagers are always texting on their cell phones while customers are ordering. They continually get your order wrong.they sit right there and drink their sodas or shakes and don’t wash their hands ,trust me I’ve watched them. They just have attitudes as if though your hard earned cash doesn’t count,and that’s the only true reason their still employed because of hard working people like myself and many others. I’m so over it, the teenagers are taking over at restaurants and it seems as if I’ll have to attend cooking classes and meal prepping. My question to the the managers, do you not look over the cameras? It’s sad and sucks that most people don’t like to call back and complain and just either tries to eat the mess or throws it away. It’s happening way too much. Most people are employed for pay checks and not for the actual job and customers good experiences .I’m a regular and it’s never right .Its sad when you have to try to catch McDonald’s early, As soon as breakfast is over wishing that the food is fresher and they’ll listen to a customer. It never works I believe this is the worst McDonald’s in Pensacola. And the sad part is my job is right down the street and I live no more than 5 miles away. I’ve been wanting to leave this review for so long hoping that the employees would just wake up and smell the coffee. Read morewell I stopped by there today with my son & ordered the spicy chicken 🐔sandwich, my son ordered a six piece chicken nuggets Happy meal We waited for about 10 minutes and my order came up and then the man told me they had just dropped the spicy chicken and I mentioned I had ordered quite some time ago & glad I wasn't in a rush, he apologized and said there was some new kids working back there. I then waited another 15 minutes probably before the sandwich finally came out He apologized when he handed it to me for taking so long and told me he had another one coming in just a few minutes, well let me tell you that's the first time in a very long time that I've been compensated for having to wait in a so-called fast food place,It is the right thing to do although it's hardly ever done anymore. My hat goes off to this man I don't know if he was the owner or just the manager I should have asked his name but I was needing to leave by the time we were finished I had to go pick up my daughter from school so I didn't have time to get his name He is the gentleman in the picture below He did an excellent job excellent customer service He has earned a customer at that location from his kindness and his correct response to the problem.
