Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Peoria

I tried to use the app to place an oder for takeout, and it wouldn't work right. So, I called to place a take out order instead. They took my order and on the app it was $63.77. When I got there, I was charged $97.02 . The manager was very rude and unprofessional. Telling me that she refused to honor the apps prices for value bundle prices and I was charge for each individual item instead . Then they forgot the french fries. Plus when getting home the boneless wings were so hard I couldn't even eat them . I would not recommend going there at all cause the people are rude and food was horrible. Would not give me my itemized receipt just a payment receipt. So if I have to rate them it would be a -10 . I would not recommend them to anyone .all they know how to do is to send the automated message to go to that link and all it does is take to there website and leave your message there they are a joke I did that and got that automated message it does nothing for you I even found a phone number to call corporate and all they did was take my name and number when I told them I wanted to file a complaint against the manager they told me when I called they would have to pass it up to higher management and they would call me this is how they treat there costumers they don't care i can tell you this much i will never eat there again and I recommend you don't either it's just poor service and rude managers and staff...

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME … I Just left the place about 30 minuets ago and the main thing on my mind was getting home to post this review ! That’s how bad everything was ! & if I could rate it a 0 I would ! Food was gross old and cold’. tasted and looked like we were served food that had been sitting for over an hour NOTHING ON THE PLATE WAS HOT AT ALL ! Was dried up and dirty looking wings were hard and dry fries hard and cold burger old and dry etc 🤢 on top of that all the drinks tasted flat and literally like water ! There were barely any customers there so there was no reason for the food to not be fresh especially considering the fact that y’all aren’t busy and the time we waited for food it may Aswell had been fresh! , customer service wasn’t the best either we were barely acknowledged after getting our food & even took about 10 minuets of sitting afterwards to be asked about Togo boxes … received the check and got 2 instead of one when we weren’t even asked how the bill would be taken care of. OVERALL I regret every dollar I just spent here literally nothing was worth is at all not the money nor time we just spent here … I barely eat here and this just reminded me of why .. My wife and I ordered carry out through their app and were told it would be ready at 6:20. We get there a few minutes early to pay but the order wasn’t ready for another 10 minutes. No big deal, it’s a Friday and they are moderately busy. When we get back to our car we check and all of ours wings are traditional style instead of boneless. The receipt confirms we ordered boneless, so back inside we go. Fast forward another 10 minutes and we still haven’t gotten our wings but we witness an interaction where one of the employees says to another; “they’re supposed to be boneless” with what looks like our order in her hands. We are at this point told that they are working on our order and just need some fresh boneless wings to finish cooking. At about 6:55 we finally get the wings we ordered and are on our way. We had other food which is room temperature by the time we get home which is just a matter of minutes from the restaurant. The final straw which leads me to writing the only review I’ve ever written for a restaurant - we ordered 3 sides of ranch, 2 of which were blue cheese.

To conclude, if you want take out from this location be prepared to have your order messed up twice and be sure to check every last thing down to the ranch...
