To start, I am extremely big on providing the best customer service, so as I am writing this just no how disappointed I am with this locations customer service. I called at 7:49pm tonight (I know they close at 8) but I was 2 minutes away from this location and just wanted an order for pick up. The girl who answered told me the store closes in 3 minutes, and I said to her I thought it was 8? And she replied yes but that’s in 3 minutes. (It was not) Also, when she answered the phone she didn’t even say hello or anything and waited for me to introduce myself! (Just a little note for her-if you want to keep rising on your career you need to be professional on the phone and introduce the company’s name and yourself) I asked her if I could get her name and she said no. I then asked if there was a a manger because she was being extremely rude and unprofessional (I didn’t say this to her, just asked for the manager) and she told me she was the shift lead and I could not talk with the manager and good luck to me trying to get in contact with the owner (and I literally laughed out loud because who in their right mind says that to someone!?) This review is for the 75th and Bell location at 7:50pm on 7/12 just so you can narrow down who this is. I am extremely disappointed because I come here often and have never been talked to like this! I had her on speaker and my husband who’s a recruiting manager who executes interviews all day was laughing at how rude she was and stated she would never get hired at any company for the way she was talking to me!
I had to share this experience because I feel like this needs to be addressed. To be kind is free- it doesn’t cost anything to be kind, so why go out of your way to have a negative attitude and just not be a decent human being? I would have never gotten where I am today career wise if I had acted the way she has! I just wanted to share that with her to hopefully open her eyes and share what kind of experience she provided...
Read moreI don't normally give out 1 stars but this experience left me feeling like I had to. My sister and brother in law joined me on this trip for some dinner time smoothies. They both ordered their drinks and then I. A young gentleman was taking our order and making our drinks. The first two came out and then we were just left waiting. A friend of the young man behind the counter came in and our third drink was completely forgotten about as he chatted up and made a drink for his friend instead. (Which I'm pretty sure wasn't paid for?) Anyway, another 10 minutes goes by before one of the other staff realizes there's still an order waiting(yes, mine) and quickly makes it for us. She apologized for the wait and upgraded the size of the drink. I would leave it there but my sister's drink the young man had made was virtually undrinkable. First it was a frozen mess when it was given to us and then when she could finally get any liquid out, the drink was so clearly over matcha-ed, it was like she was just drinking the powder. We ended up just throwing away the drink because it was so disgusting.
All this to say, I'm VERY disappointed and will never be going back to this...

I used to be a manager at a fast food place so I made sure our employees provided a proper greeting upon first interaction with customer and properly thank them for their order as they can choose to go anywhere but spent there money at your establishment. I walk in at 4:30pm and walk up to the young lady at the counter, there is another girl making shakes and a gentleman washing dishes. No line. I received no hi or how are you. I got "are you here to pick up an order"? I said no. She said "we'll be right with you". Few minutes later, the other girl goes to the register and again, no hi or how are you today. Just "what can I get you"? Gave her my order. I had to look at the screen for my total. She barely said two words to me while taking my order. After order was taken, I waited a few minutes for my shake. The first girl called my name, set my shake down and walked to the back. No thank you or have a nice day.
I would like to add that the customer view areas could all use a deep cleaning.
