Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Perry

Ordered a pan pizza and pepperoni stuffed cheese bread last night, Mobile app order sitting in the parking lot and ate there. Pizza tracker said it was baking so decided to go in and get a seat, pizza was already boxed up and ready to go when I walked in. We tried the cheese bread first, really good... super cheesy with a nice crispy outside. Then we open up our pizza box and pull out a slice and the pizza was visibly undercooked. Took a bite, super doughy... like chewing on play dough. Took it to the counter to show the staff and was told by all 4 kids back there "oh yeah the pan pizza is more doughy than the other pizzas" and was shrugged off by all of them even though we were clearly not happy with our pizza and wanted it re made. I can't even count how many times I've ordered a pan pizza from this location and it's never been this under cooked before. Every employee in there looked to be under the age of 20, didn't feel like arguing with a bunch of kids who spent their time screwing around in the kitchen counting down how many hours they had left until they could leave. So we didn't even finish our slice of pizza it was so inedible and threw the rest away. Waste of money, horrible...

REVIEW CHANGING EDIT my original review was because of some information falsely given to me by a staff member from here. The manager has since called me upon seeing my review and has both apologized and refunded me my order that I made the next day (what can I say, I'm pregnant and crave pizza). So nice and quick about everything, this is what I'm used to and love from this dominos! Thanks guys!

I usually have only good things to say about dominos. Especially this store. The drivers are always on time and I always tip generously for kindness and punctuality. But my experience today was ridiculous. Four months pregnant I order through the app, yeah it was ten minutes before close but I have DONE THIS BEFORE and been ASSURED that's it's been okay! But ordering this time, the guy calls me and says they dont deliver past 1140 now. I ordered a couple DAYS ago really late and they delivered. We ordered carry out and arrived early so we sat in our car to wait until the food was ready and what we saw was absolutely awful. We watched 1 employee work while the other 2 stood around talking to and hanging out with a group of people who walked in. We watched 2 people who were part of this group walk into the cooking area no uniform just regular clothing. The other 2 guys who were just standing around were also wearing jewelry and not practicing sanitation such as not washing their hands after touching their hair and face or other people's faces.... Which lead to us finding a long brown hair in our pizza.... I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service we were given.
