2023: Okay Chipotle, I see you. I rated this location a 1-star for years and now today they are finally back up to 5-stars. They actually filled my bowl up all the way to the brim, finally!!! The picture I took a year ago vs the one today, same exact food bowl order... the difference is insane, go check it out! I am so relieved and glad I can finally go to a Chipotle near my house. I hope to never see this location skimping again.
2022: my recent experiences haven't been great. I order online and my tacos are almost all rice... like literally half the Taco is rice. I always ask for extra corn salsa because it's what I care about most, and get a very light portion/none at all. I also ordered a bowl recently and it wasn't even full, had almost no lettuce, and was absolutely not worth the price. I also ordered a side of corn salsa....... that could maybe satisfy three chips, the container was half full. I ordered online and showed up and the person working was just chatting with a friend and people were waiting around for their orders, while the worker chatted... meanwhile my order was just sitting there. Someone asked him about their order and he was like "oh yeah, they're all done, I just have to bag them" and he hadn't been bagging anything for over 5 minutes.
A year ago this place was amazing, and a solid choice for some amazing, fresh food. After three negative experiences I'm so let down and won't be returning until I see some better reviews.
I live in the area and enjoy stopping by here occasionally for some much needed mexican food. Chipotle is expensive, but I always get very full with the proportions. Everyone at this location has been very nice and they are always wearing masks. I appreciate for to-go orders that they are now keeping them behind the cash register rather than the pickup station. It would be easy for people to pop in a steal orders...
Read moreUpdate: 9/2025 — I’m adding this chart (public data) to highlight for the employees, managers, and shareholders. The reality is that the poor service customers have been experiencing is finally catching up. Customer service is consistently disappointing, and the food quality has dropped significantly.
I strongly recommend major action—whether that’s retraining staff or making cuts—before this company loses any more money. Without real change, you risk losing both customers and shareholder confidence.
Update (March 2022) After I wrote my review about this chipotle location, this location has not improved and it’s clear other customers are having the same issue or more severe issues. I stopped going here. It’s terrifying to witness how disorganized they are with their general process and disrespectful they are to customer (including me). The management should be replaced and staff should be retrained. I contacted Chipotle multiple times how I was treated and explain in most cases, they are stealing money from customers by not following the order. I’m not sure I’m hopeful things will be change.
Last review(Jan 2021) It’s unfortunate I have to write a bad review for this location. I love Chipotle’s food and mission. However, this location does not take pride in satisfying the customer. People that work at this location always have an attitude - it’s really disappointing to experience 8/10 times I pick up my food. Given the standard that chipotle has set, I shouldn’t have to voice my concerns on here. I hope they understand and appreciate their working for a great good company, not another fast...
Read moreMy daughter eats here after school 3-4 times per week. Today her and her friends were approached very gently and with a respectable distance by a person in need of help to get something to eat. All he asked for was if they would purchase him a small cup of beans. The graciously purchased him what he humbly requested and as he quietly chose a quaint table to sit and eat his beans quietly and completely out of anyone's way security guards of Lincoln Square came in and inquired with a tall Caucasian male staff as to whether he wanted the gentleman to leave and the male staff replied "yeah he's got to go" The store was not crowded, there were 2 tables of guests other than the gentleman who was unjustly thrown out. He was quiet and so content eating the beans which were purchased before he was thrown out in the rain to attempt to finish his beans under a tree to try to keep from being drenched. My daughter and her friends were heart broken and will never forget the sadness they felt and expressed after witnessing this horrific act of discrimination. It is not ok to treat humans this way. People should be treated with compassion respect and dignity no matter what another person thinks of them based on what they perceive their socioeconomic status to be. This was despicable and we are all disappointed. DO...
