The food is really good and we’ve been ordering here for a really long time. Today, we ordered and got two cheese crunch dogs delivered but only received one. I called and told them what happened and they said they can either give a refund or deliver it again. I chose to deliver it again cause I wanted two cheese crunch dogs. She said okay and we ended the call. She calls back 20 minutes later and told us they don’t have any more of this item and asked if they can give a refund instead. I really didn’t want this but it seemed like the only choice. So a little while after I called again from a different number and asked to order for pick up. I ordered two cheese crunch dogs and the lady said sure name and number. I told her to cancel the order and hung up. I knew at this point that they had lied about being out of crunch dogs and it’s upsetting because the customer service is usually good and the food is great. They sent a refund back, but it is obvious they didn’t feel like going through the process of sending another order out and it was easier to just refund. I work in customer service so I understand it’s not always the person you’re talking to that has made that decision, but it very upsetting to me...

Very disappointed with our delivery and food last night. We ordered the popcorn chicken rice bowl, medium order of pop corn chicken with soy garlic spicy sauce, classic chicken sandwich, and a beef crunchball. There was a $6 delivery fee plus tip.

I left a message on the order to text or call upon delivery because the door buzzer sometimes doesn’t work. Luckily, I found my food outside in the cold because I went to get something out of my car. I have no idea how long it had been sitting on the door step but our food was cold. My friend had Crunchik’n for the first time. He was surprised his chicken rice bowl had just plain rice and not sauce for flavor. My chicken sandwich was cold and ironically not crunchy. It was probably one of the worst chicken sandwiches I have had in a long time. Our order of popcorn chicken felt like it was from a frozen bag and microwaved. None of the chicken had any crunch. The flavor was off tonight maybe because they are preparing for their Super Bowl orders. I was totally disappointed since I had ordered from them before and bragged about how good they were to my friend. Korean fried chicken should be crunchy but it was all...

As a person who was born and raised in Cali, there was no shortage of good Korean food. I was visiting Philly with my friends and we were craving authentic Korean food. We heard of this place from our in-house chef back at home and he highly recommended it. They were able to sit all 15 of us with no issues. It’s a fast casual restaurant but the service there had us questioning if it was a sit down restaurant. The server, Jennifer (big boss man if you’re reading this she deserves a raise) gave us her recommendations and it did not disappoint!! The fried chicken had the perfect ratio of dough and chicken. The popcorn chicken was also delicious. We also got the japchae and fried kimchi rice balls which were a great balance with the savory flavors of the chicken. They also had cards and crayons for us to draw on while we waited and they displayed them on their walls which was cute and fun to do! Overall, this was a great experience and the next time we’re in Philly, this is the place...

SUGGESTION/Why I did not give it 5 stars: Every time I have Crunchik'n, I always say to myself that I would really like for some sort of DIPPING SAUCE to pair with the chicken. If they were to start offer some, I absolutely will change it to 5 stars! One rating, everyone knows the rules: 7.4 Very affordable lunch spot for people on the area and also a good selection for those looking for a full dinner. Their chicken is perfectly crispy with the perfect amount of sauce on each chicken. I go for a small portion of popcorn chicken (see photo) and have really come to like their Honey Soy flavor, though I've tried every flavor and have liked them all! They have multiple options for spiciness for each flavor ranging from no-spice to super spicy. As someone who likes spicy foods, I think the super spicy has just the right amount. Will be back to keep trying more off their menu!

This is my favorite rice bowl in the city! (Full disclosure: haven't had many from elsewhere because I love this one so much.) The popcorn chicken rice bowl comes with the most delicious crunchy chicken, rice, noodles, lettuce, and other veggies. The textures and flavors come together so well. It's really special. I get the regular sized bowl and it's plenty of food for lunch and dinner for me. I also appreciate that Crunchikn did NOT play games with this pandemic. Since takeout was allowed again, they have been offering pickup only. You place your order online or by calling in, then you come to pick it up and call them (don't forget your phone at home) and they'll leave it on a shelf just inside the door for you to grab and go. Even with indoor dining opening back up, they are still only doing this takeout method. They don't play games. I see you.
