Shaking seafood — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Traveling from NYC I checked the reviews in advance but decided to give them a chance anyway. I ordered half a pound of shrimp & crab legs with cajun & garlic butter boil. No exaggeration my food came out under a minute after I ordered, I was suspicious but optimistic. The sauce was decent the broccoli was hard, the shrimp was mushy, the one piece of corn was mushy. Fearing I will become sick if I continued to consume their food I attempted to dispute my concerns with the cook & manger. I questioned them about their 15% gratuity policy I feel like they push out crappy food due to their gratuity policy. So I tried to dispute the bill because I refused to eat their food, they didn’t care they still tried to force me to pay the full bill even after I offered to leave a tip to compensate the waiter’s time. Greed consumed them & they wanted me to pay the full bill after expressing my concerns. So I had to stand my ground, eventually they realized I wasn’t paying for the crap they served. I only have gotten the seafood boils from here and only from Uber eats. They offer buy 1, get 1 free. I ordered 2 boils which should have been 4 in total, but only 3 were added to my cart for whatever reason. I didn’t realize until I paid. I called Shaking Seafood to see if they could simply add another seafood boil since it would’ve been free anyway with the buy one get one. The man who answered had absolutely zero customer service and was very rude. The only thing he repeatedly yelled into the phone was “Call Uber!” I tried to explain myself multiple times but he was no help at all. I understand it was my mistake but it would’ve been an easy fix since I was already paying $20 in fees on a $60 order. So, the solution? I had to order ANOTHER seafood boil on its own which totaled even more money. All could have been fixed if he would’ve just added what I already paid for. Definitely rethinking purchasing from here again based on this...

This place is no longer a Sushi restaurant and Google has it listed incorrectly!!! I have been looking all over for a great seafood place and finally found one that was reasonably price! I went while the lunch special was going on and I got a half pound of snow crab legs and shrimp with a potatoe, sliced sausage, and fried rice! I added the corn and broiled eggs for a grand total of about $22!!! Without the corn and eggs it would've been $18!!!Not bad at all! Especially for the portion of food that you get!!! The shrimp are HUGE and deveined!!! I had enough for dinner!!! You pick the flavor and spice level for the broil bag! I got the garlic butter and was highly impressed with the flavor and trust me I am very picky with my seafood!!! Nice restuarant and excellent service!
