Foot massage was fine but upon checking out she asked how much to add for the tip. I told her what to add and repeated the total. It was a $60 base massage and she proceeded to charge me $84, nearly tripling what I told her to add. I told her she owed me money back and she then tried negotiating with me for the tip while also telling me she didn’t have cash to refund me. I argued and told her she needed to give me my money back as that was not authorized. She eventually ran to the back and came back with $9 cash, still not giving me what I was owed. Needless to say I will not be going back and based on other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence.

Went in for massage. They didn’t ask me how how of a pressure I wanted it or communicate with me at all. A young women just took me back and started to work on me. I told her I was in pain multiple times. I had to stop the massage. She literally just put her whole body weight on me. I did not enjoy the experience. And I requested a 50 min massage she stopped at 50 min. I showed her my Uber drop off wasn’t until 45 min ago her and an older woman began to yell. Then they tried to lock me in to make sure I paid. I told them I feel worse than before and You can’t lock anyone in a store because it’sa safety hazard. I came to the spa without an appointment on a weekday and was directed to a private room immediately. There is only a curtain between guests and the hallway and the walls aren't closed off at the top. The result is that you can hear people come in, the staff speaking to each other and other guests near you. A woman started massaging me first, but then stepped out to help another guest and asked me if I wouldn't mind switching. I obliged but was slightly annoyed to be interrupted mid-service.
