I wanted to share this because when you come into a place of business and use your hard working money to pay for items,services ect you want to feel comfortable knowing your going to get what you pay for minus the attitude. I have visited this location on a few occasions but my most recent 2 by far were not great at all. I went an place an order for a motcha an not only was the wrong order taken , I noticed the drink was being made wrong I said to the lady making it do you mind adding the Carmel to my drink she did not respond she just added it to the drink without asking if I would like it remade. She wasnât pleasant at all. I made my way to a store close by and as I was drinking I felt something hard and luckily I didnât swallow it, I took it out my mouth and looked at what it was an it was a small piece of glass in my drink. I immediately brought it back to this location and asked to speak with a manager and the young lady said she just went on break. Not if you would like to me get her anything. I then explained what happened and showed her the piece of glass. I was issued a refund however I think an incident report should have been taken. On a second occurrence I came to this location and the same person was making my drink by the name of Amie again my order was not taken correctly from the cashier and I let her know this she seemed very upset an unhappy to be working, when I approached her and let her know about the drink she again did not respond and corrected the drink she threw drink in the sink then slammed the cup on the counter and remade the drink. She was very rude and I also wasnât given one of my items I ordered I had to come back in the store to get it and it still even warmed yet. I donât know if Iâll be returning to this location if you are unhappy with your work environment do not take that out on...

The interaction was odd, as I am ordering my drink he interrupts me and asked if I worked for Macys and when I realized he was upset I apologized and informed him I did not hear him and the young man responded okay. Then he proceeded to be the best employee while making my drink and wrote have a beautiful day on my cup. The fellow went from rude to nice within second.
