The Foodery is the only spot in the immediate area where you can find "exotic" beers or beers from breweries from all around the country. A friend from CA was astonished to find beers from Green Flash Brewery, a San Diego brewery, and Lagunitas Brewing Company. The Foodery's beer isn't cheap- I would list it as moderate-expensive. Still it's the best selection around, and you can mix 6-packs with individual beers if you feel like switching things up. The standard 6-pack of PBR pounders is a very fair $8.50-ish. This location is more bottleshop/deli, like their place in Chestnut Hill. 30 bucks got me a deli sandwich, chips, and 6 beers. I picked up Track#8 by TheLostAbbey - impossible to get unless you are in the know.... OvilaAbbeyTripal by SierraNevada, Dragon'sMilk by NewHolland, and OldChubb by OskarBlues.
Prices are good - There is a small premium for this level of choice.......
