Three Graces was my go to spot. Close enough to home with piping hot latte, just the way like it. Though I will admit that some of the staff is quite nice, there is one person in particular who is so unkind that I can no longer tolerate going. I'm flabbergasted that the owner is not aware of this employee's inability to smile or respond politely when I say thank you. My loyalty is now to another establishment were I enjoy not just the coffee but the staff as well...all of them!
Addendum: I would like to react to the owners response to my review. I would like to thank you very much for responding to [my review]. In your response, however, you seem to have the impression that this employee's behavior was a one time event. On the contrary. She has a manner that has been off-putting [never smiles or offers a kind word] at every encounter since I first became a loyal customer. I always hoped she would not be working when I came in. So please note, it was not a one-off experience. I would not write a poor review if that...
Read moreI had high hopes for this coffee shop based on its amazing reviews and a recommendation from a friend, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst coffee shop experiences I’ve had in Philly. It’s disappointing because the location is great, and there’s potential with the space for people to work.
I visited on 1/24/25 around 3 PM, and the atmosphere felt anything but welcoming. My friend and I immediately felt uncomfortable with the woman who attended us. I’m not sure if it’s due to poor management, unfriendly patrons, or underpaid staff, but the vibe was far from inviting.
To make matters worse, the iced coffee was awful, especially given how overpriced it was. The bathrooms were also “out of order”which added to the overall disappointment. It’s such a shame because I love supporting local coffee shops, but I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Read moreThe coffees are great here. I’ve gotten regular drip and a Twix latte before.
I once got a bagel and—unfortunately for me—the cream cheese was in the side. I prefer less waste than the plastic cup it comes in and the knife to spread. I should note, however, that they do have compostable options for utensils and straws.
The bathroom appears to be accessible, with good space for turning. I do not have a wheelchair but want to make note and invite my friends in wheelchairs to comment if they’ve been. There is also a ramp into the cafe.
The service is quick and they are very pleasant.
I also enjoy the aesthetic of the place, though I hope they don’t mind my feet on the bench since I cannot reach the floor when I’m...
