Revised 5-20-2025 First I must start out saying the food is usually good!! However, on 5-22- 2025 I was so disappointed, it took over 1 hr. to be served, and this is what I received --the burger was burnt on the outside and raw inside and had chunks of hard fat in the meat. The fries were saturated with salt and cold, the salad was soaked in water, I had to drain the salad, in order to add the dressing. The worst part was witnessing our waitress belittle a customer at the bar. The gentleman had sat 20 minutes without being served or even acknowledged, finally his order was taking, and received his drink. Another 15 minutes the food still hadn't arrived, he asked for his check and to cancel his food. The waitress went off on him - and belittled him saying " I'm not just standing around, you see I'm busy, it's not my fault, we're busy because of graduation. I'm sorry I did everything you asked for it's not my fault. Then repeated yourself again. This waitresses is a seasoned waitress and has been with this company a while she should be mature and professional enough to know this behavior is unacceptable, regardless of how busy you are and should never address customers in this manner. Due to this poor behavior my family and I decided to switch a party of 25 from Longhorn, to Texas Roadhouse- the experience was completely different from the moment we walked in until we left they treated every customer with respect and were treated as if they were grateful to have each and every customer, In comparison to LongHorns greeter. We were greeted with a smile, not a smirk!! Longhorn is by far, my favorite place for hamburgers, fries and a salad. I hope to experience better customer service and food in the future. I really don't understand typically when I go there 50% of the seats aren't seated, and empty, but yet have people sitting waiting for seating. In my opinion management needs to hire and then instill better customer service in their team members and cooks, to have pride in what they're sending out/serving. The review on the waitress pertains only to one waitress!! Revised 7-9-2024 The best burger starts at $9.99 ( Lunch Specials), and it includes a side! My burger consist of grilled onions/mushrooms and two slices of swiss cheese and runneth over to the plate! The cook still needs to add spices (not even salt added), but I add blue cheese dressing to it, and it is the BEST! Total came to $13.99. 11-28_23 The best place to eat a steak and a hamburger! The sides are hot, fresh, and delicious! A place to take the family.. Especially during "Lunch Specials!!" The burger has grilled mushrooms, onions and all condiments, and you get to pick a side, for less than $13.50. The meat is so fresh you will be hooked .** Management Fix The Front Door - it is not swinging open and so heavy!!! Revised: 10-4 Ordered the hamburger lunch special - was cooked to order and delicious!..... As stated in the lower part of this thread. The best burger in Az. The price is lower then going to any fast food drive-thru.Oh and the silverware was clean. 9-23 Cook is not worthy of the title "cook!" The ingredients are the best meat, bun, condiments, salads, and fries. The cook will/can not cook to order. Meat had blood and raw, bun not grilled, and is tasteless. If the cook cared just a little, I would rate this one of the best burgers!!! Watch the silverware- food stuck on three separate settings. Female Manager stated, "she would talk to crew". But did not seem surprised of dirty silverware. Had to send the burger back twice and still was not cooked correctly! Will give it a chance again. Manager Major... please address the issue with your cook. You have the best ingredient and quality meat...just a cook that does not care, or may need additional training. Caution: when celebrating a birthday- the waitress will advise you I will bring you a bd dessert. But forgets to mention you will be charged! If I don't request a bd desert, and you offer it. I should...
Read moreWe came in and we were seated pretty quickly. We ordered our drinks and asked for cinnamon butter for the bread we were expecting to get and the server told us they were out. We figured ok strange but ok. Then we waited a while for our drinks and shortly after we placed our order. We got our drinks but didn’t get the bread. We waited quite a while and saw a table get seated next to us and get their drinks right away. Then their salad came and we still haven’t gotten oura. Then we catch the waitress and ask for our bread and refills because we’ve been waiting for a while for them. We get the bread but no refills. We get the salad. And the food arrives so we ask again for bread and refills. We get the bread. And the one order that was with a sweet potato that had cinnamon and butter that we were told they were out of. But still no refills. Then one order that was a steak and shrimp came with no shrimp and over cooked meat. We wait 20 mins for the waitress to come back after I called some one else to help us with the refills and correct order. The waitress told us she would place the order correct with the cook and that she would bring us drink. We wait a while longer everyone else has finished their food and we still haven’t gotten our refills nor the corrected meal. I stop another lady because our waitress stays in the back to ask if we could get the meal that they are making boxed to go because we can’t wait any longer and to get refills because at this point we still have not gotten them. We were there probably an hour and a half. And the person that paid the bill didn’t even get to eat with the family. We tried our best to be patient but in end it was a...
Read moreAbsolute worst customer service ever at this location. Couldn't even get a table in a near empty restaurant.
I'm disabled and have mobility issues. I have trouble getting in and out of booths. So I asked for a table, not a booth due to this issue.
The host went and spoke with the server, the two of them wandered around like they didn't know what to do, then the host finally came back and walked me to a booth. I, again, requested a table and explained that I have trouble with booths. The host looked at me and said the tables are for larger groups of people. Shocked, I questioned him, why can't I sit at a table? Well, we reserve those for larger groups was his response.
Ok, the big tables I get. But this is a near empty restaurant, post lunch rush, and I can't be seated at a standard 4-Up table? Like the empty one 5 steps away from where we're standing. The host just looks at me dumbfounded.
I then asked to speak with the manager. After about 10 minutes of standing around out comes the manager. So I ask them Why I can't be seated at a table in their near empty restaurant? Their response, "Well, we try to keep people grouped together to make it easier for the servers."
So the manager is telling me that I, the disabled person, has to suffer a booth because your server can't be bothered to take an extra 5 steps to the left to serve me? Needless to say I left and refuse to ever return.
Shame on you LongHorn Steakhouse for your discrimination against the disabled.
Avoid this place if you respect diversity, equality, and...
