I'm gonna preface this with the fact that I've been dieting now for about a year and it's taught me why the word diet begins with "die"; you actually feel like you're dying. Either way, went here last night after the Phoenix Symphony let out and man, oh, man was this awesome!!! We shared an Inside & Out Creme Brulee (with mesquite-vanilla bean custard, crunchy sea salt tuile, and fresh berries) and it knocked my socks off! I can honestly say I haven't had a desert that hit me that way in more than 7 years. Each bite was like Heaven. I seriously felt SO guilty like I was having sex in public or something. I'm not much of a foodie but if more food was like this I would be. I never knew you could do that with flavor profiles and maintain such consistency with each bite. Just when I thought, "No, maybe I shouldn't have another bite," I would experience the crunch of the sea salt tuile (which had almost a rich caramel flavor) and then I just wanted to press the rest of the dish into my face like a happy toddler in a high chair. If there was anything left I would seriously feel like I had to make it breakfast the morning after. This was amazing and I would recommend this establishment to anyone!! Please stop by here and at the very least give the Creme Brulee a shot. I hope the batch they make for you was as phenomenal as...

I had a lunch meeting with a colleague and the waitress Rhonda took nearly 10 minutes to greet us initially. We were a bit surprised it took so long, as they didn't appear very busy. Once Rhonda did come I was placing my order (a cheese burger), and before I could finish my order, Rhonda turned her back and started assisting others behind her. I explained to her kindly that I wasn't done ordering and that I wanted my burger medium and plan with muster, ketchup, and cheese only. I was literally still talking when she turned her back to me to focus on something else. My colleague also wanted an extra side of ranch with his order. It was obvious that she wasn't listening or paying attention to us and she walked off. When our food did arrive, my burger was wrong, and it was very dry and overdone. My colleague also never received his side of ranch that he had asked for. Rhonda didn't check in once to ask to see how our food was. We eventually had to ask another employee for our check after being done for awhile. Overall, we were there for about an hour total, and the service was extremely slow despite them not being very busy.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I'v had in awhile...

Had dinner here one night since we were staying at the hotel - would not recommend this place. It was busy but the service was extremely slow. My sister ordered a vodka martini with a twist but what they brought her was not a martini and both the bartender and our server seemed confused by this. They remade it correctly but when she ordered a second it tasted extremely different from the first one, and we were charged a different price. I ordered the same beer and burger as my friend sitting next to me but received the other burger on the menu that I didn’t order. After they remade the correct burger our server said she was confused when I said I wanted the same one as my friend. All of our meals came with lukewarm fries which we did not ask for but were all charged $5 for. When our server refilled our waters she got confused about which glass belonged to which person. It seemed like there was a lot of new or inexperienced staff working that night - we heard lots of cutlery dropping, a plate shattering, and saw an employee dragging a full bag of garbage through...

We stopped here for a night cap, and the bar was pretty busy. Our service wasn't the worst but also wasn't the best. It was pretty loud, so maybe that is where the disconnects occurred. We ordered: 1. Old fashioned - pretty well prepared, no 🍒 unless by request. It was a little on the sweeter side. However, this comment was from an avid old-fashioned connoisseur. (4.3/5 🌟) 2. Chicken 🐔 jalapeño fries 🍟- beware of the red jalapeños they are 🔥 🥵. These were overall pretty good and had a lot of good flavors/spices. Would order again. (4.5/5 🌟) 3. Urban cowboy 🤠 burger 🍔- the coworking friend who ordered enjoyed and said they would order again. However, it was technically overcooked. (4.5/5 🌟) 4. Wings 🪽- these were pretty standard as bar wings go. (3.5/5 🌟) This was a nice place to have a night cap and order food. Would visit again.

For a hotel restaurant and bar I was pleasantly surprised. Started with the my darling Rhonda for a beverage and it was fantastic. Sweeter than anticipated, but it went down very easily. As for food, we had the nachos with chicken and the green chili Caesar salad. I was very impressed by both. We saw the nachos coming out and decided on them last minute. The cheese sauce was very good and the jalapeños were nice and spicy!!! As for the Caesar salad, it had day old bread, garlic croutons which were fantastic. Softer than traditional croutons and well seasoned. For my taste, it needed more dressing, but the side of dressing came to me quickly. The strawberry confetti cake had actual strawberries inside as well. It was an overall amazing experience. It was worth it to take a chance on a hotel restaurant and bar.
