I ordered a tuna salad sandwich on Saturday. The tuna sandwich was extremely disappointing. My mother and I picked up or order and take it home. She ordered her sandwich and I ordered this tuna with two bowls of soup. I wasn't going to make a stink about it but I didn't eat the sandwich it was just gross in my opinion. I called the store the next day on Sunday and explain to them what happened with the sandwich and now I want to get replaced for a BLT with cheese, avocado on toasted sourdough bread. The manager grilled me and ask me every question imaginable. Basically accused me of trying to get a free sandwich we picked up the order on the way home and my mother used her debit card. The manager even asked me why didn't you bring the old nasty sandwich back in? First of all tuna is extremely potent and it is very hot outside period. There is just no way I could have brought that smelly tuna fish salad sandwich and have it in my car and bring it in. He relented on and said he didn't have proof even though I gave him the name and the time etc he said you only think he could offer me what's 50% offthen I ordered my sandwich and they messed it up again period it's a good thing I looked at my sandwich when I got in the car because I said specifically what I wanted which was a BLT. Not with chicken and all that other stuff he proceeded tell me that I ordered that sandwich when I said not. I have to say the customer service is really poor here they don't treat the customers very well. They treated me like I was some sort of criminal information that they needed. So I came back in here and they make my sandwich again and I really hope someone didn't spit in it because sometimes people get upset. However I was not rude whatsoever. I just wanted my sandwich replaced. We'll see what the salmon taste like when I get home. Overall the customer service people were not attentive or even listening to my order and have the audacity to charge me for another sandwich period I'm a very good customer I'm very low-key period however make realty and grillby about why I didn't bring the sandwich back sooner from yesterday and I stated that I was on my way home from fashion square mall with my mother from shopping. We just wanted to take home our food and eat it. I don't live close by and I wasn't going to make us think about it put the tuna salad sandwich was awful period I explained that I look on the other side of town which is about 4 miles so that is why I did not turn around and come back to the store to ask for another sandwich right away. I felt like I was treated very poorly but good man is here and his associates period as I mentioned I hope they didn't mess with my food. Even though it wasn't my fault I hope you get their managers and employees to be nicer and more considerate to their guest's. Thank you

The manager's name on staff...

I have had some good experances here, I think one was the manager he seemed nice and 2 employees, pleasant.

I put a note on my coffee, almost a full large cup, clearly heavy. (Not to touch it), while I quickly went to the bathroom. My cup was removed and my table was left Sopping wet. I was gone only for about a minute maybe 2. And it was almost compleatly full. When i told a staff member i was told they could make me a new coffee. That wasnt the actual issue. I didnt want one. When I had asked for atleast something to dry it I was told I would just half to wait till it dried. It was 5-7m. Once I went back to stand by my table as it dried. I heard one staff member tell another something about it would look like their discriminating. I am a black women. No i didnt yell or raise my voice at people. Lol. I would only be able to guess at what was said to get that response. And I don't care to. I have a membership, and have been coming regularly. Never felt wired till today... Dosnt feel fare. It's life. There may be a response to this. But actions directly impact feelings. I don't feel good here anymore. I wanted this to be where I had my buissness meetings once I was done and ready to launch. Was planning on learning people's names like I do with my local Sprouts. I will stay in the sip club. (Proximity), is the only reason. But will most likely not order food from here again, love the meditation salad....

After several horrible experiences at the Panera location on Central and Thomas, we were really excited about the opening of this location on 20th street and Highland.

When we entered the restaurant, there was nobody at the counter to take our order so we went to the self-service kiosk. After spending several minutes entering our order info, the card reader wasn't allowing card payments. We didn't find that out until after having to go back to the counter and the cashier said, "yeah, they don't really work."

We picked up our to-go order and after getting home find that 1) the 1.5oz dressing for the Pick Two salad is not even half full. 2) the tomato bacon grilled cheese with our order was over cooked and just plain not good. It's really disappointing to pay these prices for poor quality food. For soup/salad/sandwiches in the Camelback area, I'll stick with Cafe Zupas, MUCH better food for the same price and right...

I love Panera and dine at this location regularly. I’m usually happy with my dine in experience but this evening I chose to come into the restaurant and order takeout. When I ordered, several items were not available forcing me to choose different sandwich bread for my son’s sandwich. I wanted the Baja chicken bowl but half the ingredients weren’t available. I ordered a 1/2 strawberry poppyseed salad and was told they didn’t have blueberries. What really upset me was when I got home with the 1/2 chicken Caesar salad and it was more like a 1/4 salad. There were very few lettuce leaves. My son will have to add more lettuce to actually enjoy his 1/2 salad. I’m very disappointed but on the upside the chicken teriyaki bowl I needed up with was tasty.

Came in before they closed,of course hate being that person but I’m sick got home and wanted some of my favorite soup. Sadly I got home to find a watered down broccoli cheddar soup and not even some bread to go with. I get I came in last minute but I’m a paying customer that also worked in the food industry for many years and understand the hardships that come with it. Just wanted some of my favorite soup and now I’m stuck with broccoli water and a cold. Ps I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on the side and check out the meat to vegetable ratio.
