I have to say my experience at Majerle's was less than desirable. I went with a group of 6 on my lunch from work. We had actually called that morning and made a reservation for 12. When we arrived, they didn't have the table ready and were not prepared in any way for our arrival. They were able to accommodate rather quickly which was fine. The problem arrived when we waited nearly 45 minutes for salads. We all ordered salads. That wasn't a major issue, we just figured it was busy, but it was still a pretty long wait. Not only was the wait long, but no one even visited our table to refill drinks or check on us. Our food was delivered in a less than friendly manner and we weren't even asked if we needed anything additional. There was no salt and pepper and we actually had to go grab it from another table because even 15 minutes after having our food on the table, we still didn't have a server asking how everything was. Eventually our plates were cleared from in front of us, which ultimately felt like it was the most important job the staff had, but than we sat there for an additional 25 minutes before I had to walk into the establishment and request our checks. It then took an additional 15 minutes for them to arrive. We all had agreed at that point that we would not be returning here in the future. I paid 16.83 for a simple dinner salad with chicken. When the waitress returned with our change, she didn't even bring us the full amount of change. She decided that it wasn't necessary to provide the small change and just pocketed it. Management was altered twice to the lack of service and the lack of change but the individual didn't seem at all concerned. There is clearly some room for improvement here. They cooked the friesin bad grease, which resulted in the fries clumping.l brought this to the attention of the manager, and she told me that she would take care of it. She did not replace the fries, so I figured she was just going to deduct the item from the order With that and being hungry, I decided to finish my whole meal. I get my bill, andit's the full price; no deduction. I brought this to the attention of the manager she said "we took care of it in the back, but that doesn't mean that l'm going to pay for you're meal!". I told her that I didn't need her to pay for the meal, but I thought that you would at least deduct the fries, to which she responded "but you ate them, didn't you?". I said yes because you did not offer to replace them and weather or not I ate them, it does not change the fact that of the issue that you served bad food. Her response was "well 'm not paying for your meal, so you can pay your bill and go!" I said, wow, that's the kind of time you're on; okay. So I paid my bill took a picture of the location, and asked for the manager's name, to which she proceeded to ignore me with the owner who was there, trying to be imposing over me. Then I went to them and said, if you don't want to discount the fries, that's one thing but that doesn't give you the right to be rude. Good afternoon AZLYFERZ . So my Team took me to lunch here to celebrate my 25th work anniversary with my office. I have been here before and have ordered different meals. However, this time I ordered the chicken caesar salad and I have to say that never and I do mean never have I ordered a chicken Caesar salad from any restaurant throughout Arizona that was made with iceberg lettuce.
