Updated Review:
I wish I would have remembered to do this sooner. They contacted me personally and made things right. I havent ordered delivery from there again but have been back several times since.

I don't usually complain, but after spending almost 23 dollars on my lunch to have it delivered to my work, than having to throw most of it away is definitely complain worthy. I got the lunch Italian sandwich with extra pepperoni and salami, and cheese with the oil on the side (so the sandwich wouldn't be soggy), with the Mediterranean salad adding artichoke hearts and extra feta. Then I made it a meal with a Coke and some chips. It was delivered right on time. I started with the sandwich which had 1 small layer of meat (so the 4 dollars worth of extra meat wasn't there). Then there was the abundance of mayo and oil on the sandwich which just made it all soggy and gross along with the fact EVERYTHING kept sliding off and making a huge mess. Then there's the salad. It was completely inedible. It was like the lettuce was frozen and then thawed on the way to me which caused it all to be a wet soggy mess. I tried picking through it but it just wasn't worth it. I wish I would have taken a picture of it all but I was working and trying to eat this mess at the same time. Now I've been to this location half a dozen times and have never had an issue. Today way the first time I had something delivered. Probably will never do that again. Doesn't seem they take the same amount of pride when you're not standing right in front of them. So very...

I loved this place.... however today when my co workers went there to pick up the office lunch, they were missing very basic menu items today, and told us they only make salami pre-made with Ham or Turkey. I don't know who is working there on 12/6/17, but they clearly don't know what they are doing, and are not concerned with getting our office's business again. My boss and co-worker were told they could not make the salad they wanted because they were out of supplies. This should never happen to a restaurant that wants to stay in business. Whoever the manager is: DO A BETTER JOB KEEPING YOUR SUPPLIES STOCKED. YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS! No one from our office got their order today due either to lack of willingness to give the customer what they want, or not having the supplies they needed to make a menu item. I expect this from fast food places, but I thought that Potbelly was better than this.
Lack of supplies, and telling us they can't make a basic salami sandwich, that they only can make it with ham or turkey is crazy. You take salami, put it on bread, with cheese, and leave the turkey off or the ham off. Not hard, just LAZY workers, and to think they make $10+ an hour at this job and they suck at customer service.
I will never go here again, I can't say the same for some of my co-workers, but I know the boss will not be interested in...
Read moreOooh yes- this sandwich place was GOOD! My better half and I decided to order Potbelly Sandwiches to go because we wanted to get in, stay warm (as it was chilly over the weekend) and enjoy a tasty sandwich with some kettlecooked chips, and so we stopped here for our sandwiches. I'd never had one of these but I'd hear great things... and I know why now.
The place was clean, pretty empty on a Saturday night, and so we walked right up to order. I do believe most of their sandwiches come hot, warm, or toasted although you can have them not if you so prefer. I went for the chicken bacon sandwich on wheat and added mayo, lettuce, cheddar, tomato, onion, and ranch sauce - and mmmm, mm, mmm was it good! Even after taking it home, it wasn't overly soggy from the mayo or ranch (was about a 20-minute drive home) and it was delicious. My significant other (SO) ordered a sandwich called a "Wrecked" - which was meaty Turkey breast, hickory-smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami, and went with swiss cheese. I tried it and I loved the meats in it, and the combination of them together, it was truly super tasty! He also had it on wheat and added some mayo and deli mustard. They had some bomb looking large cookies at the register, but we resisted... we also resisted the incredible looking shakes too (which I later regretted) but we were beyond satisfied with the food and the service of this Potbelly Sandwich Shop...
