I asked for a gluten free crust and then asked whether some of the toppings were gluten free. The counter person was really rude stating that she had no idea, that I would have to go on their corporate website to check. I asked if there was a handout and was told that the only way I could get any information was on their corporate website. I didn't want to get out my cell phone while trying to order & so stuck with veggies and the one meat that I knew was probably gf. After getting home, I found out that ALL the sauces, meats and veggies are listed as being without gluten. Only the croutons, breads and cakes DO have gluten.
This information would have been very helpful but was not available IN THE ACTUAL STORE! Stopping there without first consulting their website seems a strange way to entice customers driving by.
The floors were filthy, covered with dropped pizza toppings. There were no lids for the beverages. I was also asked the same questions 3 or 4 times. Either the employees can't hear over the background noises or aren't paying attention.
The toppings were skimpy. I had to ask for extra amounts of the items. While the crusts were good, I get much better toppings at other pizza restaurants.
The total price of ,more than $30 for a couple for the "lunch special" which was supposed to include a MOD pizza or salad and drink seems very high priced compared to lunch specials at other pizza places.
In summary, this is an acceptable place to eat. The employees aren't very helpful, the place needs some cleaning and is lacking...
Read moreWe weren't greeted, the guy just continued with his "online" orders. Didn't say hello, welcome, or that he would be with us in a minute, waited a good while for him to greet us and he didn't, he just said, "how many pizzas" like we were interrupting his day. They guy with the leopard mask at about 1700, on 03/21/2022 was the only one with some customer service. We ordered two family size salads, to dine in. We pay for our food, sit down, and remember we weren't given utensils, so I went up to get some, and the guy gives me one broken fork. I asked him for another since we were eating two salads, he said very curtly he didn't have any more. With no offer to try and rectify the situation, call a manager, barely looked or even offer to run and grab a couple from another near by restaurant, no care or concern, not even an offer to box up our food to take it to go. They (a round guy) and the short guy running the pizza oven were very poor with their service, and attitudes. The food was good, that's why I gave the stars, but the service, customer service was just plain awful. This was at MOD Pizza at Metro center. Sadly this is the closest one to my house, but I will not be going to this location again. I'm sorry, but customer...
Read moreHaven't normally had any issues here and was actually the only place I'd go to get vegan pizza. Due to being short staffed they put a non-vegan pizza in my Ubereats delivery for the only pizza I ordered and it caused me major problems. Ubereats wouldn't do anything but a refund however a manager said I'd be comped the pizza that was sent that was wrong that I had ordered and another. They made me feel happy and brought down my overwhelm a bit as I have autism. Went in to get the pizzas and dealt with hassle after hassle. When all is said and done I am actually not at all happy with what happened. You'd expect if they are comping your pizzas you could order them how you want to make up for their mistake. However I am not happy and don't feel like I was taken care of how I should have been. Im now extremely overwhelmed and so is my fiancée. We are both vegans with autism and both feel discriminated. I'd be careful ordering from here as one manager will seem like they want to help and they actually do but then you go in the following day to get the pizzas and get treated as if you don't matter. That's how I felt and I'm upset. Definitely not buying from here...
