Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Phoenix

I’ve never been more disappointed in a Chipotle experience. First off, the food was absolutely disgusting — cold, bland, and clearly thrown together with zero care. The rice was hard and undercooked, the meat was dry, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. To make matters worse, I actually saw one of the employees handling the rice without wearing gloves. That’s not just gross — it’s a serious health concern, and it shows a complete lack of standards.

But what really bothered me even more was how the management treated the staff. I witnessed a manager snapping at employees right in front of customers, raising their voice and belittling them like it was normal. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. You could tell the employees were stressed and overworked, and honestly, it’s no surprise when they’re being treated like that. The whole environment felt toxic, and it completely ruined the experience.

This location clearly has issues from the top down — bad food, poor hygiene practices, and terrible management. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest others think twice before...

This location sucks we went to have quick bite last week and I do NOT eat rice so I asked for extra chicken he than asked me if I wanted to do half chicken half steak I said okay.So I got the onions and peppers and toppings...Problem is this Young tall african American Guy was making like big issue with me asking for extra salsa and etc...I mean you are not paying for it I'm not going to get full on just meat so I want toppings like everyone else he barely put cheese,salsa, nacho cheese which I was charged extra .We payed and sat down I look at receipt I got charged 8+ dollars for bowl charged extra for meat. extra for nacho cheese(I know theres charge for) which I couldn't even taste and on top of that the chicken has alot fat attached to it that's disgusting and steak was NOT even cooked it was so chewy,red....All the toppings I couldn't even taste he was being very cheap freaking drizzle toppings on food..... But you look at everyone else Bowl it was all packed....We will never ever come back to this location lack of managment and training here...

I like this place a lot but it is a bit noisy. All walks of life come to this location. I've been around a bit so I don't mind too much but I don't like feeling suffocated either. I think maybe it's just a happen-stance sort of thing but I think this place could maybe get a better crowd coming in here some how. Maybe more family-oriented individuals. I think that might perk things up a bit. I love the workers here though, don't get me wrong. I hardly talk to them but I already know they're where it's at. I feel the good, positive, energetic vibes coming off of them. They are definitely go-to type of people. I would love to come here and sit down after a long day and just relax. This isn't my only favorite location though. I do like the one on 59th and thunderbird as well. It's a toss up. Love Chipotle as a whole though. Always will. They deserve more business such as people eating in. A burrito is never the same once it leaves it's home. Lol. I highly recommend the organic teas and lemonades. They are my new favorite of all-time...
