Last night some friends & I went to this bar and experienced some very bad service. It was 11:40 AM and we went to the bar to ask for a drink and this lady told us that we can only order beer. We kindly declined because we didn’t want beer and shortly after another bartender came up to us and asked what we would like to drink. The lady came back up and rudely shouted I only said beer!!. Mind you we never even had a chance to answer and other bartenders were serving other drinks around her. When I asked her for her name she refused to answer me and just mocked me and asked me what was my name. I gave her my name and she laughed and walked away and said that’s a beautiful name. I asked her for her name again and she refused and told us that we needed to leave. Here’s a picture of the rude bartender that gave such horrible service and now me and my friends won’t be coming back to this bar. This lady really needs some help on how to treat customers or find...

From the moment you enter, you're treated to a multitude of visuals that catch your eye; this place doesn't disappoint as both a hotspot to hang out with your friends for drinks on the weekend and a local neighborhood bar "where everybody knows your name" on the weeknights. The patio area is huge, well-accomodating with games, plenty of seating and a sound system that doesn't disappoint (the first night I walked past when it was open, I could hear the music on the night air from the weekly karaoke hosted there, on both Sundays and Tuesdays 9 to close). Even the bathroom is filled with it's own "choice" visuals on the walls. Combined with the selection of cigars and hand-crafted drinks, plus select brews on tap available to sample for the selective palate, and you have the makings of a classy place that you don't have to be dressed up to get into. A definite nod to the speakeasies of the...

Sazerac exceeded all expectations and was the perfect spot to celebrate the end of our week-long all staff retreat in Phoenix. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere felt inviting, fun, and comfortable. The outdoor patio area, in particular, provided a perfect setting to enjoy our food and drinks.

The food was full of flavor. The drink menu was equally impressive, featuring expertly crafted cocktails that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The wait staff, including the standout bartender Miguel, demonstrated a genuine passion for their craft. Sazerac's prime location, coupled with the great music, made it an unforgettable night, and I can confidently say it has secured its spot as one of our...
