I have been a long-standing Lululemon customer so it hurts me to even leave this review but my heart hurts enough I feel I should share. I recently made a large purchase and a week after, my nursing colleagues shared that Lululemon was graciously doing a discount for healthcare employees. As an ICU nurse who has cared for COVID patients for the last year and a half and also a new Mom who has been very isolated, I was so excited to hear of this discount. Getting back to taking care of my health and fitness is so important. Well, I had been informed that with your receipt and badge, they would be able to refund my discount since I was unaware at the time of my purchase. I came into the store and felt very disregarded. The stipulations are that you must have made the purchase within one week and have the tags still on the items you purchased. My order, which was made by an employee at this location, was 2 weeks and of course I have the tags off because I’ve worn the pieces. I’m trying not to be ungrateful for the gracious discount but my feelings are certainly hurt because the young woman assisting me didn’t acknowledge my circumstances whatsoever. And after the year and a half I’ve had, that hurt. As much as I love Lululemon clothing, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere after this encounter unfortunately. And sharing with...
Read moreI have been a Lulu shopper for 20 years, but no more. About 3 months ago I brought in my sister visiting from Texas, and when we left she looked at me and said, "is it just me or were we treated like we don't belong"? I agreed. I called the manager to express my feelings and was given a canned "sorry". Fast forward a couple months and I bought a pair of tights in Atlanta that needed hemming. The manager assured me after hemming, the logo would be re-attached and they would mail them back to me in AZ. When I rec'd them, no logo. I called ATL who told me I could take them to any LuLu store. I went to Biltmore and was told to go to Fashion Sq. I was upset and told them this was an error on Lulu's part, and asked them to ship them or get them fixed. I was dismissed and again told it was on me to go to another store to solve the problem. When I asked the manager for his name, he refused. They need to take a lesson from Athleta and Patagonia on customer service. They are not the only game in town and have lost a 30...
Read moreI had ordered something online under my member account and went to return since it was too small at the Biltmore store a couple days ago. The older woman who was working there had me pull up the order on my phone to verify I had legitimately purchased it at Lulu. Once I got that up she said oh we can only do in store exchange. I told her that I had literally done the same thing with no issues at the fashion square location a month ago and she still flat out said no they can’t do it. I went to the fashion square location right after and did it with no issue and they refunded it straight to my card. The associate there verified with me that if you are a member, yes you can return sale items and refund it to your card if you are a member and every store has the same policy. Lesson: don’t go to the Biltmore location unless you want to deal with stingy employees that don’t know their own store policy and have rude customer...
