There are sO many positives to share about my first visit. I will do my best to share what I feel may be of value to others who are considering a visit.
I was welcomed warmly. I never felt rushed or that I was just a number. The staff here is friendly and happy to answer your questions. Nurse Sareena was attentive and willing to answer any questions I had pre- and post-treatment. It can be A LOT of information to digest and understand, even after reviewing FAQ’s on the website. I was very pleased with the explanation of what to expect post-treatment, and I left the treatment room feeling comfortable and assured. Try it and take advantage of their promotional offers!! I probably spent an hour there because I was so curious, especially as a #5 on the “Fitzpatrick skin scale” (I am also an aesthetician and laser tech, so I do have an understanding of the skin and laser technology). I’m excited to see the transformation that unfolds over the next few months.
To maximize your treatment time and experience for your first visit, please DO the following: DO your research and read the information on their website (i.e., services, product ingredients, post-care, contraindications, etc). DO ask questions prior to your appointment date. They’re super responsive by text. DO ALL of the required things sent to you PRIOR to your appointment. Anything you don’t do, could take away from your treatment time. DO get there early enough for you to park, find the location inside the courtyard near Cheesecake Factory, and be there 10 minutes early. If you’re late, it’s deducted from your treatment time and there’s NO REFUNDS. DO PUSH the door IN when you walk in the entrance (you’ll see when you get there…you’re welcome). DO come in with an open mind, ask questions, and...
Read moreThey tell you to arrive 10 minutes early and the address they provided leads you to the opposite side of them. I get there early and I'm lost I call at 1058am to get help, she gives me the directions to lead me to them. Knowing I will now be there after 11 she made no mention of having to cancel my appointment. I walk in 6 minutes late and she tells me she can't service me. I'm not from here so even arriving early I was still lost since they have no name on the street facing side. I would have rather she told me on the phone instead of acting like I still had time instead of letting me drive over and dismiss me. They have a poor practice in customer service. Then they sent me a notice that they will be charging me $25 knowing I was there but lost. If you knew at that time it would take longer than 2 minutes you should have canceled me then. I do not like my time...
Read moreTerrible first-time experience at the Biltmore Skin Laundry location. I’m not from Arizona and don’t know the area well, so I gave myself plenty of time to get there, following all the instructions for my scheduled appointment. I even tried calling the front desk multiple times before arriving just to confirm everything — not a single person answered the phone.
I drove all the way from Chandler, which is no quick trip, only to be completely ignored and left hanging. As a business owner myself, I find this level of disorganization and lack of communication absolutely unacceptable. It’s unethical to operate this way — especially when dealing with first-time clients.
This was a complete waste of time and gas, and I won’t be coming back. Skin Laundry, you’ve got...
