Casey's — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

Larry the assistant manager gives off very much as if he does not like African Americans. His demeanor is rude and he has underlying tone that is very antagonizing. He is very blatantly rude in the manner of which he responds and my experience in this store reminded me of living in the south and feeling belittled or poked at so that i react. I love visiting pigeon forge but people who act like him make you not want to come Back. There are managers who do their jobs and follow the rules and make it so things are followed by the law and then there are managers who get a kick out of your frustration and will antagonize you while you are a paying patron in the store they do not own. He needs to be removed from dealing with people because ALOT of African Americans visit here . WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT TO GOOD STOP . Similar to Leslie's review above, bought contaminated diesel August 6th and have been passed along to too many representatives, their insurance company (EMC) then a month later being told responsibility is on the tanker company, who never replies to anything. Really sucks that it happened on my new truck less than a year old and will be taking a considerable loss trading it in. I feel bad for those that cannot afford the upfront expense to have their vehicle towed or checked out "at their discretion". Completely rude and dishonest staff! Employees at this location will sell a person alcohol and then contact law enforcement to tell you them you're sitting in your vehicle after purchasing alcohol from them (This happened to a love one). Which will lead to your vehicle being impounded after they say you can leave it on the property. When you call to address the matter with management or the owner you're not giving any information and referred back to the same law enforcement they contacted. If an individuals under the influence why would your employees serve them more and then contact law enforcement on them? I hope the alcohol enforcement division pulls your license to serve alcohol!
