Such a disappointment! We were in search of artisan shakes so stopped here based on pictures (advertisement) we saw. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful - finally the third person "helped" me after the first two didn't really seem to understand my request. Was told "we can't make them look like that" referring to the picture on their wall. Then was told they were out of the specialty cups. Not a big deal as we wanted the shake, not the cup. They have no "recipes" so you're told to pick an ice cream flavor to start. You'll pick toppings after though you can't really see the toppings to try to match with your ice cream flavor. The toppings I could see were basic at most.- chopped nuts, chocolate chips, cherries, whipped cream. Was told there were cake cubes but after she started making it she realized they actually didn't have any. Our almost $10 shake turned out absolutely pathetic. When we sat at the tables provided outside we needed to balance our items as the table tops were very unsteady.
It's a cute little candy store but they need to stop serving ice cream. The area is fun but this simply doesn't match the quality of the other shops...
Read moreWe had high hopes for this after dinner treat but were disappointed with our overall experience. First off, the line (even though not very long) took forever to get through. There were two workers, but we stood there for well over 25 minutes with only a handful of people in front of us. When it was our turn, you could tell the workers were tired and done. Not very welcoming. We got a special sundae -- brownie. While it looks pretty impressive, it was very bland and not worth the money. It's mostly whipped cream... We didn't even finish it due to lack of quality. Tables were all dirty and disheveled. Will not be returning and would suggest you find a local, hole in the wall ice cream shop rather...
Read moreHighly unsanitary. Walked in, stood in line long enough to survey the ice cream options and realize how unclean it was, and then we left without even ordering anything. I did inquire with a worker about getting an allergy scoop of ice cream for a child with a peanut allergy, to which she replied she could “rinse off the spoon with water” before scooping his serving. Very concerned she was implying that rinsing off the spoon was not a standard part of serving someone. See attached photo for the toppings counter- Can’t even be bothered to keep the lids on the containers. Good luck eating at this place without...
