In many similar establishments, it’s standard to either remake the drink or at least acknowledge the issue with a more customer-oriented gesture. I read reviews before trying this place out and got really excited that all the coffees looked so good and heard great things about the staff. So first impression walking in, nice place and atmosphere. Cool designs for their merchandise and liked what Black Rifle Coffee Co stands for. But my boyfriend who loves coffee and patches was looking for a new one and seen their display board of patches with different designs inside. It peaked his interest so he ask the cashier if they sold those same patches and another gentleman who was an employee laughed at him saying “no they’re not for sale”. The lady was more polite showing us the company logo patches that were for sale. But later when we received our drinks again my boyfriend was displeased as his drink was overflowing it splattered everywhere when he tried to use a straw and it was absolutely coated in caramel inside the cup almost taking away the whole taste of the coffee. So the second half of our experience wasn’t the best as he had spent 10min trying to clean up a mess and stir his coffee to lessen how sweet it was.
