Great Big Game Show Pigeon Forge — Attraction in Pigeon Forge

Firstly I want to say that the owner went above and beyond to make it right for us since we had a bad experience. Our host, Bubbles, first spent 10 minutes of our session talking to some random guy about the movie grease. He then decided to penalize our team because something my son said about his stupid non existent racoon. Not just once either, he penalized us 3 separate times for it. He then gave us the option to make the other team lose all their points but still spin the spinner or let them keep 100 but no more spins. We chose to let them keep spinning and they landed on a 2000 lose it all and he gave it to them anyway, to yet again punish my son for the racoon remark. Also the last game was so bad. You had to take these small nerf guns and shoot targets on a screen. Our team hit several targets but they didn't count. Not to mention some of the questions and trivia are not kid friendly at all. I would never recommend bringing kids to this. Felt like a total...

We were casually strolling through The Island when we quite literally stumbled into The Big Game Show, and it turned out to be one of the best parts of our trip. We walked in out of curiosity, and within moments, we were all-in.

Our first point of contact was Erik, who we later discovered would be our game show host extraordinaire. His energy, humor, and warmth made the experience truly unforgettable. Erik went above and beyond to make sure each of us felt included, welcomed, and (most importantly) were having an absolute blast. His quick wit and genuine enthusiasm were contagious.

If you’re looking for something unique, hilarious, and fun for the whole family, look no further. Every employee we encountered was upbeat and helpful. The entire experience was flawless. Bonus points for the inside joke—chicken (Erik knows what’s up 😉).

Although our experience was fun and our host Erik was great, the entire place smelled like weed. My 12 year old daughter and I went back to use the restroom while my husband was in the lobby getting signed up to play. On our way down the hall all we could smell was weed. On our way back to the lobby I noticed an employee spraying Febreeze. Once we were registered and our waivers were signed we waited in the lobby to be called back to our "studio". Before be called back I witnessed our host spraying Febreeze again all the way down the hall. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a prude when it comes to smoking weed, I just think there's a time and a place for it and smoking it while working at a family friendly attraction isn't it.
