Asian Wok — Restaurant in Pineville

I came here to pick up an order for a ride share company. It was ten minutes until closing. I come to the table at the door. The man behind the counter says to me what do want? He was very rude in his tone. I said I am here to pick up the ride share order. He was bagging the order when I pulled up in the parking lot. So he knew at least one more person was coming in. Awful customer service!! He should be glad people are supporting his dirty restaurant. Word of advice.. CLEAN your filthy door and windows! The floors and everything else needs to be professionally cleaned!!! That's what they need to be mad about at this restaurant. No way in hell I would ever eat from a restaurant that looks like this and have bad customer service. I wouldn't want all that negative...

Overall a pretty solid experience. Got delivery, and it came before the time by a very nice delivery man. The food was quite good, not greasy at all, and had a perfect umami flavor that on this evening we were craving.

The egg rolls, were a stand out. Crisp and full of flavorful veggies!! I could have eaten more... and will soon.

Wonton soup, velvety wontons and flavorful broth.

Szechuan beef... well, not sure. I got beef with mixed vegetables, which was one of the menu items I was considering. It was very good, a little sweet, but I would order again. I hope to taste the Szechuan beef some day, and I hope the one who got my order doesn't complain! Mistakes are made.

Ordering online was a pain to get started and gives a sense of not trusting the customer with so many things I had to provide just to get to the menu to start ordering for delivery. Not a great experience.

The food makes up for it all. Aside from forgetting the white rice for my General Tso Chicken, everything else was really good. Food tasted fresh and was just as hot if I had dined in. Egg drop soup was done just right and the fried rice was delicious. Egg rolls were crispy and very tasty. The great food really makes the poor online interface worth the effort.
