Edit 1 Went today as this is the closest place to get food while I’m on lunch from work. And again, they messed up my order. I asked for both my trays to have chili cheese fries and only one came with them. After reviewing the receipt, they marked it down wrong. When I confronted them, after watching the people ahead of me not get any service at all, there was no apology. No empathy. No solution. Nothing. Just a “there’s an up charge to add chili.” MAAM. I ORDERED CHILI.

This place needs to be shut down and a new team needs to be put in. Start from scratch.

I only go to this cookout because it’s literally a couple of minutes from my house. However, I almost always regret it. Tonight, we popped over for two strawberry milkshakes and got one strawberry and a cheer wine float. Last week we ordered milkshakes and they mixed up the labels. The week before that we ordered two quesadillas and two chicken wraps with bacon and got one quesadilla and two bacon wraps. Months before that, they completely butchered our entire order and took almost an hour to fix it. The only time my orders are error free is when the lady repeats back the order. It also should be noted that while the order is usually messed up, the food is still fine. It’s just almost always wrong.

At this point, I just go with the mistakes because it’s so often I don’t have the energy to raise a complaint. Go to any other cookout if you can. And if you can’t, just know they pay zero attention and your order will...

Menu warning ⚠️ online prices are not I repeat are not updated with the actual price at the store and I warning you that it is not even close to the actual price we always do our pre-ordered food prices beforehand and we calculated 12.67 cents for our order after payment of our order she hands me a receipt for 21.02 people that's a (8.17) difference from the online store prices and they actually acted as if it was our fault for not reading the stories Menu. What could possibly make that large of a difference from posted online prices. I had done it online and I didn't have to read the Menu besides that escalation in price gaping is ridiculous so I gave them the over priced food back and recieved a 🦄🍔🚨 refund for I am still waiting for my lost money back from the card 💳.
