UPDATE!!! 9/5/25: HE IS STILL SEVERLY SICK!!!! HES BEEN VOMITING WITH FEVER SINCE HE ATE THAT DAMN COLD NASTY BURGER 2 DAYS AGO!!!! THE REPLY AT THE BOTTOM IS BS, ITS JUST A LINK TO THEIR WEBSITE! THEY DONT CARE AND IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. LOOK AT ALL THE AWFUL REVIEW IN THE LAST YEAR. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! FIRST POST: BE WARE!!!! THEY WILL GIVE U OLD, COLD ROTTON FOOD!🤮🤢🤮 Last night on 9/3/25 at 10:50pm, I made a purchase for $12.99 for 2 mcdouble meals. Girl on speaker says ok pull up, didn't ask what drinks, size of meal or sauces!!!! Just rude and careless over speaker, we pull up it's the same girl, maybe Hispanic long dark hair with streak of color and caked on makeup, a bit heavier set, seemed to be under the influence. It took 5xs to get her to put the 4 sauces in our bag she was also rude and made us check saying "if she put it in there its there!" only to find she put one sauce in there that we did not ask for, and none that we did. Then she held one of the sauces barely towards the widnow my man had to climb out the car to get it from her as she seemed BOTH careless & under the influence of something. I was almost worried for her. She was younger, not old lady. But then the BIG surprise(GIFT THAT KEEPS GIVING!!🤮) comes when we pull our burgers & food out. He asked for mayo to be added, he got ONLY MAYO, and I mean look at it, with nothing lol.and I immediately noticed the burger meat was COLD as it was clearly sitting out (not where the food should be kept warm until served to reduce food bourne illness). Now we may have to go to the hospital. My boyfriend is severely sick as he ate some of his burger, poor thing he was so hungry! (This was before we noticed something was very wrong, he had took a few big bites in the dark driving down the road)I however took one but and IMMEDIATELY knew something was wrong by hold cold and tough the meat was, after examining the color, I knew it was old and had already gone bad. The bun was rock hard as it had been sitting out. I would not be surprised if they served us food out the trash!!!! HOW COULD ANYONE HAVE LOOKED AT THESE BURGERS AND THOUGHT THEY WERE APPROPRIATE OR SAFE TO SERVE!!!! MY BURGER LOOKED LIKE SAUSAGE MEAT IT WAS SO DISCOLORED AND OLD!!!🤢🤮 Maybe someone should watch the cameras . I've given date time and location, IF THEY CARED THEY WOULD GET NEW MANAGEMENTITS BEEN DOWNHILLFOR A LONG TIME NOW!! Will be contacting the local health department, CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE. The McDonald's itself is your perfectly typical McDonald's. It's very clean inside and the food is cooked very nicely. However, I do have to say that some of the staff is extremely short-tempered and quite rude. When I gave my code at the drive-up speaker they told me that I had the wrong McDonald's and that I needed to check my location before wasting their time. They didn't ask me to repeat the code or ask me what my name was. They just told me to leave and that I had the wrong address. When I double-checked the address and asked if this was the correct address, she said yes. Then I repeated my code and she said "oh I found you. Go ahead and pull forward" before I could say anything else. Then I get up to the window. I asked for a cup of ice and the window worker told me no and said I was holding up the line even though I had only ordered one coffee and I was at her window for all of 5 seconds to ask for a cup of ice when she opened the window. When I tried to apologize she interrupted me and said "whatever I'll just do it now" in a very irritated tone. I can't believe how bad the service is here. Slowest drive through ever. Came by at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday May 6th. When I got there there was one car in each drive-thru ordering screen after 17 minutes and 4 other cars behind me backing up and leaving I noticed that one of the employees was trying to get in. I asked if they were open and she says yes of course and I told her that we haven't heard anything in about 15 to 20 minutes she said she would check and let us know. After a lot of banging in a few minutes goes by someone lets her in. After waiting to have another 10 minutes and not hearing anything I back up to see if people are inside are there. I noticed that they're working which I am not complaining about apparently they were in the weeds. I'm a little surprised they were almost 30 minutes behind but regardless someone finally notices me and I put my thumb up in a gesture of are you open and while mouthing the words. Lady finally comes up to the door opens it and then closes it I'm guessing to make sure it's locked and then just walked back in the kitchen.
