I will no longer go to this Starbucks. I actually might stop going to Starbucks all together. I have been a very loyal customer for years and have spent a lot of money with this company. I've even defended starbucks to my husband, who thinks its a waste of money and that i have a bad coffee addiction.Every location is so hard to get in and out of (driving and parking wise), they are always busy and always seem to take for ever to make my very simple order. This location, in specific, has a drive thru, which is awesome because most of the time I have a 10 month old baby sleeping in the back. But not so awesome when it take 20 minutes to get through a drive through and then once you get up there and pull off, your order is wrong or made poorly. Two days ago, I ordered my drink, a grande or venti, iced red eye, black. I went inside thinking it might be quicker. It may have been quicker, but by the time I got in my car and tried it, I realized it was extremely sweet. So I went through the drive through, waited forever, and they fixed it. Today I go through the drive through, which took like 15 minutes. I get my drink, make sure it's not sweetened and drive off. When I got to my destination I realized that they must have beeb given a pre-made drink because all the ice was melted. The coffee was watery and I highly doubt there was a shot of espresso in it because it didn't taste strong at all. AND I couldn't even look and see what they rung me up for because there was no label on my cup of what it was suppose to be. I loved starbucks because of how strong tasting their coffee is. But this has gotten to be too much of a hassle for an expensive, watered down, or poorly made drink. I will be finding a local coffee...
Read moreStarted my new job in this area sometime last year. I've been going to this Starbucks since then ordering the same thing off the menu Dragon Fruit Refresher with lemonade sized Venti and of course the double bacon and cheese croissant sandwich. I was recently diagnosed with anemia. Since then I order my drinks without ice. Long story short the district manager at this location decided to inform his employees that they will no longer fill our drinks to the top if we don't get ice. I never knew that ice was a requirement to purchase a drink. We pay for the cup size so I'm not understanding. I've spoken with Corporate and this was not a Starbucks overall decision. The district manager sent me an email and wanted to discuss my concerns. I sent him my number and never received a call. This company in my eyes are money hungry. Everything is over priced so they make good money. Why not go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The drink size in this picture is the smallest size they have and it was $6.00 for this amount. In my eyes this is absolutely ridiculous. I hope they don't ever promote this District Manger to Executive. To make matter worst her is over 15 other Starbucks. I can only imagine how many people they are ripping off. To the future customers I highly recommend Starbucks on WT Harris by Mallard Creek. They have Great Service, Food Quality and Customer Satisfaction is very high. They never miss !!! To this Starbucks ill take my $224 a month else where!!!! Thanks...

I needed to eat breakfast and didn't make time to fix breakfast for myself. I don't eat milk and egg so I made the choice to ride the Starbucks and get an impossible breakfast sandwich. It was a little before 9am by the time I left the line that was wrapped around the whole building. Once I arrived at work I took out the sandwich and it was hard as a rock! Crusty and burnt. I tried to eat the pattie, because of course I only got the bun and pattie, it was dried out like a raisin. There was no reason to call the location and I couldn't leave work until 3pm or so. I decided to take a picture and visit the location at my convenience. Finally 24 days later it was a sorta convenient and I went for a afternoon treat. I showed the picture to the associate and told her it was a couple of weeks ago. She listened and told me that the sandwich was cooked too long. Then asked me if I wanted another, I told her I wanted an afternoon delight. After ordering I asked her if she could give me the loaf for free and she said something about is been 2 weeks, don't know if it was purchased at this location. So I'm here to let everyone know either Starbucks has changed or she was prejudice to a black female and thought I was trying to get something for free. I will not claim to know what was going on in her head but I know what was going on in my head the day I couldn't eat! I will not depend on that location to satisfy my...
