We went here for a post wedding celebration. We had a 7:30pm 20 person reservation for our wedding party that was supposed to have special menus with the bride and grooms names on it. We showed up and they told us that they didn't have enough room in the dining hall even tho we had a reservation and they pushed some bar tables and stools together and told us to sit there. They sat us there at 8. Bride in her wedding dress at the bar with the wedding party. At about 830 they took our orders (from regular menus, not the menus that had the bride and groom name on it). We asked could we get bread and they brought the bread out and gave us no silverware or napkins or plates to eat it on. They did not respect this special day, our reservation, and didn't even try to make it right. I got fed up and started complaining because in the main dining hall there was clearly enough seats and room to seat us there. The hostess tried to convince me that there wasn't but I have eyes and can see there's clearly enough room. I spoke to the manager and the manager agreed that there was enough room and sat us in the main dining hall as we were supposed to sit in the first place. They gave us the special menus that we were supposed to have before and the bride's name was spelled wrong. We ordered our food at 8:30 and we sat and set. The food did not come out until 10:00 p.m. by this time the kids at the table are asleep, everyone is restless and confused as to how this night turned out like this. Many people are tired, it's past their bedtime and we just got our food at 10:00. I wasn't impressed with my stuff salmon and my wife's string beans for some reason came out extremely salty. Mine weren't like that. The whole vibe was wrong my wife couldn't even eat her meal. After all of this nobody gave any sort of discount to our party and charged full price for All 20 of our meals. I've been to hundreds of restaurants in my life and this is hands down the worst experience ever. I feel sorry for the young bride and groom and how these people just didn't seem to care and sat them at the bar. This was supposed to be a wonderful evening, all the reservations and plans were made and the restaurant just didn't care and did what...
Read moreGood day management team,
We had a dinner reservation for a party of three this evening at 6pm. We were greeted and we sat down at our table. This place had a great atmosphere, beautiful decor and etc. Perhaps this constructive criticism is for the management team overseeing their staff. I believe the service could be much better in a sense where our service did not explain the menu or did not mention anything about this evening special menu. Secondly, we ordered a bottle of wine and when the server brought out the wine, she struggled to open the bottle of wine. When she finally opened the bottle of wine, she poured it to the glass and then the second and third and said ok you can all taste now and let me know. Usually, one person will taste the wine first not at the same time. Third, the wine glass was dripping with wine since it was not properly poured. also when serving the plates, it should be to the right of the person. Not passing it across the table and etc. lastly, I was missing the broccolini that was supposed to be included. So perhaps a little discussion with the staff about some more detail when serving since this is a fine dining restaurant. We were very polite with the whole staff but here is something to perhaps consider. The food was good, some of the plate presentation needed to be cleaned I believe. We still had a good time but just a little more attention to detail and fine dining etiquette would be greatly appreciated. We will of course come here again in the near future.

Read moreHorrible experience without even trying the food. Came in, and was greeted by Ryan. I ordered a drink, to which he asked me how old I was - I answered 28 (which is true), after which he asked to see my ID. I, unfortunately, forgot my ID, so he said he can't serve me - sure, that's fine, and I understand. However, I never had an issue like that at a restaurant that positions itself an "upscale" - this is not a bar where people go to get drunk. A few minutes later my mom joined - I obviously shared with her what happened, in a casual way. He came up again, and she ordered the drink I initially wanted. He also mentioned he can't bring 2 drinks at the same time (also ridiculous, there's no such rule). They brought the drink, and left us alone for a couple minutes to look at the menu. A couple minutes later, a girl came in (seemingly even younger than me; not relevant really, but I was baffled) , saying that she is a MANAGER, checking in to make sure I am not drinking that drink. I'm sorry.....what??? Am I a criminal? Are you assuming my mom is letting an underaged drink an alcoholic beverage??? This was so offensive, mindless, and straight up rude, that we decided we are not spending our evening there, so we left. This is a ridiculous behavior for a place like that. That server was also "training" a new one - this should not be an exemplary behavior that is being trained on and enforced for...
