Spritzery — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Stopped here in a Sunday afternoon for drinks and apps. There was a guy checking ids who let us know that he didn't care what kind of card we showed him, he's in a mood. Owners know it's his only day off, he doesn't even work there, he doesn't know anything about the bar etc etc. Orders are made via QR code, we ordered 2 Hugo Spritz which were actually pretty good and we got the lemon pepper chips, the charcuterie and cheese and the olives. Our order took a really long time to get to us and was served in all take out containers. It was cheese and crackers not charcuterie and yes there's a difference and should be priced as such. The chips were okay but didn't taste like much of anything. Worst part of the experience is closing the tab online and being hit with an 18% service charge.

No one greeted us, our drinks were just dropped off, our food was dropped in boxes and this place is charging a mandatory 18% service fee that we didn't see on the menus that were filthy all over the tables. Great concept terrible execution. We left the food there and went to Barcelona wine bar around the corner which has incredible service, amazing food and no service fee.

This place is SUPER cute! I was in town from Atlanta working at UPMC and just happened upon it. The decor is adorable and girlie and the uniforms the bartenders were wearing (like a golf or tennis one piece dress) just precious. The drink I ordered was a bit on the sweet side for my liking and not strong at all. The music playing was great! The 2 female bartenders working this particular night were NOT NICE at all. I would have given 5 stars if their service and attitudes had been better. They both seemed annoyed to have to take my order, did not say hello or welcome in, took forever to ask if I wanted a second drink, just not friendly at all. It was a rainy and slow night for them as there were only about 8 people at the bar when I walked in. Bed service tonight sunday july 13 at 9pm. 6 people working and none of them smiled or asked us for help. The bar table was dirty. We ordered our fries and 20 mins later the server comes back asking if i still want the fries cause she didnt put the order in. I said forget it cause we are done our drinks at that point. The three blonde girls in blue were giving mean girl vibes. They rushed us out. I sipped the last sip and the waitressed reached out for my drink asking if im done before i even put it down on the table. I said i feel rushed and she shrugged and immediately started talking about us to another girl.
