Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Plainfield

I ordered a #10 Hunters club with cucumber, ez lettuce, ez roast beef, avocado and for the sandwich to be cut in half. i also requested to not have ice put in my drink. when the order was delivered, the first thing i noticed was the drink had ice in it. i would've been fine with that but i opened the sandwich. it was not cut in half, extra lettuce was put on it, the normal amount of roast beef was on there and not ez, there were no cucumbers and no avocado on it. so i called the store to let them know of their mistake and the guy i got said he made my order and went on to argue with me about how everything was right on my sandwich because he made it. i told him it was not right and he was like well what do you want me to do about it? its nice to know they can talk to you however they feel like when they messed up. Got my whole order wrong then tried to argue with me that everything that i asked for was there. wont be ordering from there...

I will never do business with this Jimmy John's ever again! I ordered a sandwich on the app for delivery and specifically marked that I did not want horseradish sauce because I cannot eat it. When I got my sandwich It had horseradish sauce on it. I called and eventually spoke with the manager and explained to her what happened. She said that the app selection must not have gone through and that she was not able to send anyone to bring me another sandwich. I explained to her again that I am not able to eat it with horseradish sauce on it and she said I could come into the store to which I let her know that I work from home and I cannot do that. She said she would credit my account and asked me if the phone number I called in on was the correct one and I said it was. I had an amazing experience. I ordered a whole lot of food to be brought to my door. I had sides, drinks, and sandwiches. This big strong boy comes out of his car within 10 minutes of me calling. He trudged through the grass as he carried three separate boxes (while balancing a drink on the tip of his pinky finger). He came up to the door and knocked with his elbow precisely 3 times. Immediately I was astonished it felt like I had just called. Let's just say the food surprised me even more. The kickin' ranch brought the flavor out in my number 7 Spicy East Coast Italian.
