Read moreIt was my first time coming to this establishment as my partner suggested our growing family go to celebrate us finding out the gender of our baby and the service was HORRIBLE. I ordered a mocktail and after one sip I realized I did not like it so I requested for the other option mocktail on the menu. My daughter ordered a blue raspberry candy crush and she stated it was watered down but she decided to keep it. To my surprise the waitress (Kindle) comes back and tells me they CAN NOT make me the other mocktail at the moment because they don’t have all the ingredients.. my daughter ordered the steak and shrimp scampi and said the steak had no flavor so I asked to send it back and exchange it for wings as she tried one of mine and liked it. Chantel the manager comes to our table and I felt she was very aggressive asking me in specific was there something wrong. I explained why I sent back my drink and told her I ordered another one and was told that they couldn’t make it due to lack of ingredients and she said “are u sure?” And I reiterated what Kindle said of there being a lack of ingredients and Chantel said she was pretty sure they had it and I told her it was ok… at this point I was over this horrible experience. BUT it gets better !!!!! My daughters wings get brought and she told Andrew she appreciated him and he gave her a very passive aggressive “you’re welcome” that even my partner felt. But again, we continued to try to enjoy the moment. When leaving to my surprise I walk out to 4 lemon wedges on my windshield ! No bird is going to drop 4 different individual lemon wedges on one single windshield without any being dropped on the ground. I have never felt so disrespected when we came here for a service that WE PAID FOR. I’d understand if we sent back half eaten entrees or half full drinks but that was not the case here . I am disgusted ! My partner spoke with the manager as I was to distraught at the fact that my memory of finding out the gender of my baby will be the lemons thrown on my car. I recently had an amazing dining experience at BJ’s Restaurant, all thanks to our incredible server, David. From the moment we sat down, David welcomed us with a warm smile and provided a level of service that went above and beyond. His knowledge of the menu was exceptional—when we couldn’t decide on an appetizer, his recommendation of the Ahi Poke was spot-on. Every dish came out perfectly, even with special dietary modifications, and he ensured everything was exactly to our liking.
David’s timing was impeccable. He checked in at just the right moments without ever interrupting or rushing us. Even with a packed dining room, he was composed, attentive, and made us feel like we were his only guests. His ability to manage multiple tables while still offering personalized service was truly impressive.
When it came time for dessert, David recommended the famous Pizookie, and it did not disappoint. His friendly, personable demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable—he clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his guests.
David’s professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication with the kitchen and other staff made our evening unforgettable. If you’re dining at BJ’s, I highly recommend asking for David. His service was top-notch, and he’s one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Five stars...
