So I just left the drive-through line at the Jack-in-the-Box on Parker in Plano. It is 7:25 PM. Not only was I rushed to order my food when I was placing my order. While waiting for my food the girls that worked there; one sitting on top of the countertop and the other one on her phone leaning over the countertop so you wanna talk about poor customer service I did attach a picture for proof and I think itâs very disgusting for an employee to be sitting on the countertop and when I talked to her about it, she was very dismissive. I told her it was very unprofessional to be sitting on the countertop when youâre at work; itâs very nasty And itâs just not good customer service.    Read moreThe people running the Jack in Box in east Plano (on Jupiter across the street from USPS) and (on Parker across the street from the Target Store) are from the same cloth. Horrible service and they always try to get you to pay more then you should. When you use coupons they always over charge you and then when they come back to the window in the drive through they will ask you if they can keep the change that you have come back to you. Look in this time of everything being already at high cost (i.e. small shake for $4.49 before tax every penny coming back to you is precious and valuable. I will never return to these two establishments and I never recommend anyone to go to them either. I have never experienced those situations at any other fast food restaurants in my entire life .... I tried ordering a #2 Texas Double according to the regular size price posted. The female at the counter informed me that they were out of regular size cups, and could only provide me with a large size one. I never said, "That's fine" or "Okay" in response, but I asked her if she would be providing me with a large one in place of it. She said yes, but that I had to pay the difference. I was also enlightened by her that the manager ok'd this. When asked to speak the manager, I was told non was on duty.
