Seems more focused on the drive thru than the customers dining in. I went in to eat with my wife a couple days ago. While ordering, a very polite young lady was asked to go help make food only for her to be replaced by a guy with a brace on his arm that proceeded to rush me through the order... after every item he asked me "anything else" I'd say yes and say another item, then before I could say anything else he's asking me again, "anything else... this goes on like five times. Then the manager comes in and starts talking to him in the middle of the guy ringing us up. When she sees that she's causing the guy to mess up the order, she just stands there for me to hurry up and finish ordering so she could finish talking to the guy. They disappear to go finish talking leaving 3 guests in line to wait on them. He finally comes out and takes everyone's order. Everyone then proceeds to wait over 20 minutes for food. A guy who ordered after me went to the counter and demanded to see the manager, she identified herself and had 0 empathy for the guy saying she could just give him his money back or just wait cause they are working as fast as they can.
I come in today to give the place another chance as I thought it was very out of character for the service to suck so bad. I go in and no one is working the register. There are 2 people waiting at the counter to have corrections to their order but no one is even speaking to them. The manager, that I remembered from the last visit was just standing at the drive thru window not even caring that a line of 5 new customers were waiting to have their order taken. A lady asked me what was going on and all i could say was I had no idea since even after 5 minutes no one had come to work the front.

Read moreWent there ordered my meal using the machine, everything was clear but got no receipt so i checked my bank account and saw that it was withdrawn. They couldnt find my order. They gave me an order that i thought was mine and it wasnt (my fault) so i go back and then have them fix the order had to go back and forth about me not paying but i showed them ny account that showed the store number so they took the food back and re-did the order one of the guys that prepared the food was making snarky comments and didnt think i could understand spanish not knowing i am Hispanic. So they give me the order and its wrong again. I paid for two extra chalupas and got two extra hard shell tacos instead. I wasnt going to give them a bad review cause i thought the order was corrected and was going to totally put the blame on the system, but before finding out that the order was wrong again, as i was walking out, the GM that was there made it a point to say hey remember this wasnt our fault, but then i got back to work and the order was wrong again after talking with both the mgr and GM. Keep my money I dont want you to fix it, this location needs restructuring cause this isnt the only time ive had to come back because of getting wrong orders wasting my entire lunch break just to get something fixed. Its the main reason why i switch to using the machine due to the orders being incorrect, i tried to make it easier. Read moreTHIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL. A few weeks ago, I ordered a mobile order and when I showed up, they couldn't find my ticket and my food wasn't done. I showed them my phone screen (their app) AND the confirmation email with their address and my payment confirmation and they refused to make my food because they didn't have a ticket. I finally walked out with nothing. I decided to try them again today (10.30.2025), HUGE mistake. The service is SO bad! They DO NOT care that anyone is there. I was waiting at the counter to get my cup and there were several people standing in the office talking, looking straight at me, and they didn't move at all. A lady finally showed up pushing a mop bucket and asked me what I needed. I asked for a cup so I could get my drink while I was waiting on my food. I proceeded to get a cup and fill it with Dr. Pepper at the fountain in the dining room. I tasted it and something was off with the soda/syrup so I poured it out and took my cup to the counter to ask for a drink from the back. After standing there for a while, someone from the line came up and got a new cup and filled it up. I went and threw my cup away since she gave me a new cup. She then held my new drink hostage and asked me repeatedly where my cup was. When I finally understood what she was saying and said I threw it away, she rolled her eyes and turned around and walked off. Needless to say, I wasn't happy.
