Awful, awful service. The website says they deliver within 5 miles. We are exactly 3.3 miles away. I put my order in, it said it would be delivered within 40 minutes. 20 minutes later we get a call stating that they won't deliver here that their delivery driver said we are outside the 5 mile radius. After a bunch of back and forth we finally got a we are swamped and our delivery driver doesn't want to deliver to you. I asked to talk to the manager, we got put on hold and then they hung up. I called back. The manager will call back in a minute is what we got. 10 minutes later nothing. I call them back - put on hold. They hang up, I call back. Finally they decide they will deliver our order - almost an hour later. They tell us 40-45 minutes. Over an hour later the delivery guy finally shows up. My husband signed the receipt, I went to go get cash for the tip. I get back to the door and I overheard the delivery driver asking my husband "where's my tip?" Seriously? Wow - the nerve. We look over the order and 1/2 of our wings are missing. We ask the delivery driver he just shrugs and says its not his fault and there is nothing he can do about it. My husband calls the restaurant back and they said they would reimburse us for the missing wings, my husband says "No, I want the wings that I ordered" The guy said he has to wait for his delivery driver to get back to verify and that he will give us a call when the delivery driver is on his way back with the wings. 30 minutes later - no call. We call back and the manager said, "Oh, I refunded you the money." By this point my husband is furious and says that he wants his wings. They manager says there is nothing he can do because his delivery driver doesn't want to drive back to our place. Really? Your delivery driver doesn't want to deliver? If one of my employees told me that he doesn't want to do his job, he'd be fired. There are plenty of people out there looking for jobs, I'm sure somebody would be willing to do his. We complain some more and then the manager gives the phone to the delivery driver as if he is running the place! In the end, we never got our wings. The food was decent - the closest we've had to all the wonderful pizza, wings and subs we had while we were living in Buffalo, NY - but definitely not worth the hassle. We tried to get the names and numbers for the General manager or the owner but nobody seemed to know their names or phone numbers. I called the Frisco location and the guy who answered the phone was extremely nice and more than willing to get me the names and phone numbers for everyone I needed to contact. He even told me when the owner was going to be in his store the next day if I wanted to call or come by and talk to him. IF we ever eat at Joe's again, it will be when we are in the Frisco area. Hopefully, the service there will be as nice as it was...

Not Chicago style, but pan deep dish style. The crust was tasteless and hard. It was just terrible. The toppings (cheese, sausage and mushroom) were only in the middle, the edges had very little topping so anyone who ate thise pieces would be eating only crust. Ate only 3 pieces out of the 16. Then tossed it.
I called and asked for the manager. Explained my issue and before I could ask him for a pizza another night (maybe on the weekend) he interrupted me and said âshall I make and bring you a new one?â I said no. At this point we ate something else. (Ordered at 4;30 and it was 6 pm. He got snarky immediately with me. He made two comments in succession.
HOW could you have eaten of yiu JUST GOT the pizza. I get people like you all the time trying to get Money back He yelled and talked over me the entire conversation.
I defended myself saying that this was an expensive pizza. That I did not appreciate him accusing me of lying.
He never stopped talking over me. Not for one moment did he listen he just raised his voice louder and louder as he told me what âcustomers like youâ are like. I asked his name. Mario. His name is Mario and he is the manager. I asked and he refused to give me the owners name. I had to call and ask someone else. (FYI Mark is the owner. Not there.)
I said Mario, I have 25 years sales and customer service experience and you are a terrible manager.
He yelled â and YOU are a terrible customer!â And hung up on me.
I am concerned that he knows my address. And has my phone number credit card information. So will follow up with Mark the owner Tomorrow. But wow. Imagine this kind of negative publicity over a pizza. Really rattled at how abusive he was. Please do not eat or go to...
