Game Changer in Pleasant Grove...
Alright, I’ve been coming to this Panera since it opened here at Valley Grove in August 2024, and I gotta say—something’s definitely shifted for the better these past couple of weeks. Right outta the gate, things were good, but now? It feels like they’ve really hit their stride. I’ve noticed some fresh faces on staff, and it makes a world of difference. These folks are friendly, quick, and seem like they genuinely care about making your day a little better—which, let’s be honest, isn’t always easy to find.
Now let’s talk about the food. The Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken has been a regular pick for me, and it’s always fresh and packed with flavor. The avocado? Perfect every time. The chicken is juicy, and the greens are crisp—not the kind of wilted stuff you might expect when places cut corners. And if you haven’t had their Broccoli Cheddar Soup yet, you’re missing out. It’s creamy and comforting without feeling too heavy—a perfect fit whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or sitting down for a break.
I’ve also gotta give a shoutout to the Asiago Bagel and Tomato Basil Bread. Both are baked fresh daily, and you can taste it. There’s just something about tearing into that warm, crusty bread that makes it clear they take quality seriously.
If you’ve been here before and thought, “Meh, it’s just another Panera,” I encourage you to give it another shot. This location has really stepped up its game, and the atmosphere feels different—in the best way. You’re not just grabbing food; it feels like they care about making your experience worthwhile.
Honestly, if anyone’s still leaving bad reviews, it’s probably because they’re used to fast food and don’t know what real, fresh ingredients taste like. This place is all about healthy, high-quality options—and you leave feeling good, not sluggish. If you’re local or just passing through Pleasant Grove, give it a try. I think you’ll be...
Read moreI'm leaving a 1 star because I can't leave 0... I went to the restaurant with my family a few days ago. We were sitting at the table and my daughter noticed that her pants were catching on something under the table. We looked, and it had left a few tears in my daughters pants. There was a screw that was stripped out so bad that there was razor sharp metal sticking out from the screw head. We brought the attention to the manager, about how our daughter just purchased these $80 pants and she had agreed that it was a dangerous screw and was sorry that they caused damage to her pants and that she can't afford to pay for new pants for her, but she offered us some pastries. They removed the table so that no one else could get hurt and she encouraged us to reach out to the general manager, and gave us her card with the info on it. We contacted the general manager and she is trying to tell me that she inspected the table and that there are no screws that can cause bodily harm and they fit the safety standards..I asked to meet in person to make sure we are talking about the same screw because I know that my daughters pants were damaged by the screw. She refuses to meet in person and is offering a $30 gift card to the restaurant to keep our business. I'm sorry, but $30 is a slap in the face for their table damaging my daughters expensive pants. I absolutely will not be returning unless they make this right. I have photos of the screw and the pants. And she is trying to say that all their tables are like this in all of their locations. Disregarding the fact that this screw was stripped through on this particular table. So I'm sure all the restaurants use the same tables and the same screws, but I'm hoping and assuming that they aren't all stripped out like this one. Which is why, I'd like to meet in person to show her the photo and see the table to make sure we are talking about the same...
Read moreWhen Panera opened up in August 2024 at Valley Grove, I figured it’d be just another chain restaurant. But over the past few weeks, things have really changed. It feels like they’ve hit their groove, and now every visit is better than the last. The new staff they’ve brought in? They’re friendly, efficient, and actually make an effort to create a great atmosphere. It’s the little things—like remembering your order or greeting you with a smile—that make this place feel like more than just another stop for food.
I recently tried their Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad—it’s loaded with grilled chicken, fresh avocado, grape tomatoes, fire-roasted corn, and crunchy blue corn tortilla strips, all drizzled with chipotle aioli. It’s filling, but still feels light and healthy. And for something cozy on cooler days, the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup is spot-on. The broth is flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and it feels like a homemade meal.
If you’re in the mood for breakfast, the Four-Cheese Soufflé is a winner. It’s flaky on the outside and cheesy perfection on the inside—ideal for a quick, satisfying start to your day. And don’t skip the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. The crispy, sweet topping is the perfect way to treat yourself without going overboard.
The vibe at this location has really changed, too. Whether you’re grabbing a bite after hiking nearby or just hanging out with a coffee and free Wi-Fi, the place feels welcoming and well-run. You can tell the staff care about getting things right.
Honestly, if you’ve had a bad experience here, it might just be because you were expecting fast food—and this isn’t that. Panera’s all about fresh ingredients and thoughtful meals. If you want something clean, satisfying, and made with care, this is the place to go. If you’re passing through Pleasant Grove or live nearby, it’s absolutely worth...
