McDonald's — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

Where to begin..... I come here because it's close to my work. However, most of the time I'm waiting and waiting for my order. Which they mess up most of the time. Note my maiden last name as I say this comment.... No one making the food speaks English.... When I go in to get it fixed I have to try and get someone's attention then I'm told to wait while she explains over and over in Spanish what to put on my burger. ... Last week I ordered no onions no ketchup and literally the burger was stuffed so full of onions it was thicker than the patty and dripping with ketchup. That took over half my lunch to fix. I am now going to the one on Arnold in Martinez taking the extra 20 minutes and back because this one needs some serious help. It's fast food not making...

Came here on 11/9/24 at 9:15pm. I mobile ordered an iced caramel coffee and it did not come out right. It was bitter and you could tell they did not add caramel syrup. I send my boyfriend back in to get it fixed and no one spoke English and couldn’t understand what he wanted. So he came back and I decided to go in instead since I know Spanish. The second I walk into the door, the cook (some Mexican guy) immediately starts talking about me walking in out loud saying , I quote “oh here they comes again, let’s see what the problem is now.” I immediately stopped since apparently they didn’t know I spoke Spanish. I witnessed a female, Hispanic, manager in her 30s-40s, slap an employees hand today. Before slapping the employee's hand, my mother & I heard her speak to the employee in Spanish in a very disrespectful & aggressive way. The incident happened right in front of us as the employee was kindly giving us our order. Immediately after I saw what she had done, I asked the manager for her name and she declined, said "I'm busy", and walked away from the drive thru window and away from the employee. Police was contacted and I will be reaching out to corporate. Unfortunately, the employee has to file a report in order for it to be considered assault. This employee seemed fearful & I am completely disgusted at the unacceptable behavior...
