Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Plymouth

Worst resturant experience here ever. Once seated we waited for 20 minutes before our waitress even came over and this was after asking the hostess twice. Then we waited another 45 minutes for our food. No one acknowledged us or offered an explanation for the wait. We spoke to the manager who said she would take care of our bill but the waitress took another 15 minutes to come to our table to drop the bill off. We had waited over an hour for food with 2 small kids and while a party was seated next to us with with the same number of people and arrived at the same time as we did were seated, served and paid they check before we got our food. I am not one to normally complain especially online but the icing on the cake for me was my mother took my kids outside while we waited for the check and there were piles and piles of old nasty cigarettes right at the front entrance and by the bench my kids were sitting at. We visited Chili’s recently and were seated quickly despite the crowd, which was a nice surprise. Our waitress was friendly, the man in the chili-patterned shirt went out of his way to be welcoming, and the busboy who brought our food was excellent — very polite and efficient.

Unfortunately, the end of our visit left a very bad impression. When it came time to pay, two of us paid in cash, and one person was slightly short. I covered the difference with a dollar of my own. Despite resolving the issue quickly and politely, our waitress made a completely uncalled-for, snarky comment telling us “to not even bother coming in anymore.” It was shocking, unprofessional, and completely out of line — even the man in the chili shirt looked taken aback.

It’s really unfortunate that one person’s behavior could ruin what was otherwise a pleasant experience. We possibly won’t be returning after that kind...

If i could give a half a star i would i called ahead of time and placed my order there was no line when i went to pick up, nobody had greeted me at all so i looked around about 4-5 employees saw me but noone said anything to me, then two employees come around the corner with plates say hi and continue walking past me , still im standing there after about 10-15 minutes i finally got tired of waiting for someone to come out so i walked to the door of the kitchen and had to yell for someone to come cash me out and when they did they huffed and puffed the whole times while cashing me out, this was the worst experience ive ever had there, the girl didnt even bother to look at me while she was cashing me out said she was busy in the back with things, i had been there for a while, maybe a bell at the counter for pick ups?
