Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth

So disappointed with the young lady at the drive thru, My app wasn't taking the dollar amount off for my latte And she said their was no way to adjust it because there isn't a manual to tell you how. Which this has happened before and it was adjusted. I used my friends app and it didn't work either. I said never mind and as she walked away she slammed the bag down that was in her hand and called me a f...b...... which I wasn't being as I had my daughter and friend in the car. She refused to give me her name saying she didn't feel comfortable doing so. Really, what ever happened to customer service. I could see if I was being rude which I wasn't. This Dunkin seems to run out of everything, or not have it available for you on a daily basis. If you go there and feel like a decaf iced coffee around 6pm........ forget it! You will get a staff member telling you, "Sorry, I only have regular iced coffee right now. " This happened quite a few times before I just gave up and started going to another one regularly. I understand they close at 7pm, but they really should keep more of the drink options available until they close. I mean they didn't even have any hot coffee when I asked a few times when I went around 6pm. This used to be my go to Dunkin, but not anymore! A waste of time...

Came here about a week ago, it has since closed so I don't know what the status is here. The line is crazy long at the counter and drive through in the am. It used to have the nicest help, but other than Joe now service has become a bit rude. My debit card declined, my bad I did not have enough money on it so I took out cash.
