Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Plymouth

From our next door: I recently stopped in on a Saturday at the Jimmy John’s Plymouth location,(55 & Vicksburg). There was a woman most likely in her mid to late 80’s with a cane that ordered a sandwich and beverage a couple customers ahead of me. Before I could help her, (as she was clearly struggling to gather and carry her order)… the tallest of the employees (guessing around 19 years of age) dropped what he was doing and walked around from behind the assembly line (counter) and assisted her arm- in- arm very slowly to her car. It struck many of us in the lobby- that you just don’t see this often enough. We literally all talked about it. Cheers to the parenting of this guy! And even bigger kudos to this employee. Well done sir - you surely set a great example of kindness for not only your worker peers but also to elders who witnessed this. Keep up...

We had a delivery for sandwiches, wraps and chips for 40 guests, and the quality and service were both excellent from this location!!! I placed the order in person 5 days before my event. The employee who took my order was very easy to work with, and he made great recommendations! They called me the morning of the delivery to verify if we wanted mayo on the sandwiches or on the side to make sure we didn’t have anyone allergic. The delivery driver was on time and very friendly! He even let us keep the reusable Jimmy John’s bag! We got a lot of positive feedback on the food served by Jimmy John’s. I would definitely highly recommend and order from this...

I was just there around at 10:30am on 5/29. A very friendly named, Mark (says on the receipt) greeted me with the the sweetest smile. And he was very polite, working hard and sweet. The lady worker at the station was also sweet. And lastly on my way out, the gentle man at the cashier said " Have a great day" and waved at me while helping others. He was willing to be friendly and sweet even when he was busy. It is really hard to find workers like them nowdays. They made my day!! I wanted to say "thanks all, for being so sweet and for working so hard"!!. They looked busy so I am leaving my comments here. Thanks again. I will come...
