Ordered sandwiches online using the app. Chose the cash option for payment. Immediately realized that the only bills I had were a $20 and a $100. The total was over $20 so I immediately called to ask if the driver would have change. They said he wouldnāt so I informed them that I would come to the location and pick it up. When I arrived at the store to pay I was told they would not take a $100 bill. Huh? So I paid with a debit card and took my order to the car. I looked at the receipt and saw that I was still charged for a delivery charge. Ok, honest mistake. I informed them that I was not willing to pay that. The cashier said that is a āJoeāproblem and turned around to bag pick up orders. She never said anything else to me. I had no Idea who Joe was nor where to find him. So there I stood, people piling up behind me waiting to order and still nothing. Finally āJoeā shows up. He was standing literally 3 feet from myself and the register making sandwiches. He never said a single word to me. No āIāll be right with youā, nothing. He comes to the register and does all the corrections and asks me to insert my card again. I looked at him and said āNoā. I need to know that the previous transaction had been voided. He grabbed the receipt and put it in front of my face, reaching over the register, and said, āitās been voided Dudeā. Dude? Seriously? That did not sit well with me at all. I told him this was Jimmy Johnās F-up. Not mine. He walks away from the register and says, āJust pay and take your stuffā. So I paid, grabbed my āstuffā and started out the door with a few choice words about their customer service. He then says I was the one who Fāed-Up. Serious disregard for their customers. I will never visit this location again no matter how convenient. I know that āIā wonāt make much of a difference in their bottom line but felt that I should share my experience for those that choose not to do business with people of that mindset. If youāre offended by terrible customer service I urge you to go elsewhere. BTW: I called corporate to lodge my complaint and they were very helpful. Turns out this guy is possibly the owner. Unless thereās another Joe there which seems doubtful according to the customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer service, the first time I ever had a problem at any Jimmy Johns over the years. I called at 11am and Joe answered. I order 2 sandwiches for pick up. I was told it must be a 4 sandwich minimum for pick up and he asked the manager and was unwilling to do it. I wanted my co-worker to pick them up and not willing to give my credit card to her and wanted to pay ahead. So that was a no go. I called back a few minutes later and decided just to have delivery. I order the 2 sandwiches with Joe again and wanted them brought to the Holiday station across the street at 2725 Campus Drive, and was told just to come pick them up. I told him we just talked about this and he said, we can't bring it and it's a small order just pick it up. He was very rude and so now I can't pre-order or get delivery. They may be short staffed or something not sure. I just called the corporate office, will get a free meal, but after that I don't even want to deal with this Jimmy Johns. Horrible customer service. Joe was rude and the manager refused to give out his name. Maybe they should advertise that we only deliver if it's a mile past...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location has been going downhill since ownership changed and Iām done giving them chances to āmake up for last timeā.
1st: Freaky fast has turned into freaky slow. I could get a faster sandwich from Subway. Guaranteed.
2nd: Errors are common. See pic for what I ordered vs received today. Slim 4 didnāt have cheese, even though it was ordered and paid for. The other had āADD cucumbers, ADD peppers, NO oregano, NO sauceā. They missed three of the four modifications. Seemed like a new guy making the sandwiches, but why wasnāt anyone helping him and ensuring accuracy?
3rd: One dudeās shirt was riding high enough that his belly was hanging out, and his shorts were practically falling off, which is probably why he stuck his hands down the back to pull them up. Really glad he wasnāt touching any food, but cāmon, letās try a little harder to not kill peopleās appetite.
4th: Prices + tipping. Prices are high and I always regret the pre-service tip, which is unfortunately...
