Will not recommend Will not be back Not from the area was up visiting a friend with having plans to go for dinner and this may sound lame, but I had no wi-fi to search yelp for reviews of restaurants to go to drove by this place saw there was quite a few cars in the parking lot so decided to just stop My friend is temporarily disabled, and there was no handicap entrance into this building, and there was curb all the way around the building, which I did not recognize until I got out of the vehicle with her. There were a lot of customers in the place. It was more or less a bar looking atmosphere With seating around the main bar area. I ordered a blue cheeseburger cooked, medium rare. There was about a quarter size section of my burger, which was medium rare and then as Iām finishing my first half of the burger because I cut it in half there was a manās hair in my burger on top of that there was absolutely no blue cheese flavor rang. It was nothing special about it and it cost me $17.99. The coleslaw that came with the burger was completely rubberized. I couldnāt even get my fork through it. I had to scoop it like it was a spoon My friend had a salad Caesar with chicken added. The Caesar salad was very large. The piece of chicken was no bigger than a small womanās hand other than that nothing fancy about it for $15. My husband ordered the Hawaiian burger well done and it came very well done he said the burgers at Applebeeās are 99 were much more flavorful for a lesser of a price And he also paid 1799, but His came with fries which were overcooked and non-seasoned When we spoke to one of the servers waiters managers, whatever you wanna call it he came over apologize for the hair in the burger. The restaurant ate the cost of that burger and then gave us an option of getting something else and I politely refused. I didnāt want anything else and then as we were leaving give us a $25 gift card to that restaurant. Iām not sure why he did that because I had already told him I didnāt want anything else and I definitely wonāt be Returning On top of that, as I was leaving with my friend who is temporarily disabled, and when I say that I mean like needs help with everything, none of them could take five minutes of their time to assist us out of the door and I looked around and I could see there were several people standing around on their phones SO PLEASE READERS EATERS TAKE WARNING ! I wish I had taken my phone in to take photos, but my husband said no you donāt need to review this place but as weāre leaving, he said you shouldāve...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreKKatieās is a top notch burger joint and one of the best in the state, not just the south shore. Skip Red Robin and just come here. You can expect extravagant burgers made with fresh ingredients, unique selections, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Even if you stick to the more simple offerings, they do the mighty burger justice consistently. All of the burgers are pretty large, so be sure to come with an appetite or be prepared to bring some home.
My favorite burger is the Vermonter, which has bacon, caramelized apples and onions, Vermont cheddar, and maple mayo. Itās the perfect combination of sweet and salty. On subsequent trips, Iāve also enjoyed the smash burger, the good morning burger, the barbecue burger, and the mushroom garlic burger. Donāt sleep on the fried chicken sandwich either, I was happy to see that the chef excels in more than just burgers. The breading was perfect and the chicken was nice and juicy. Iāve truly never had a bad menu item yet after many visits. They also have a great selection of house made sauces that are great for dipping your fries in. If you get sweet potato fries, you absolutely must dip them in the maple mayo.
The servers and staff are always very friendly and genuine, even when the restaurant is very busy. It never takes particularly long to receive your food after ordering, which is impressive due to fairly large selection of different burgers. Also, for those who havenāt been to their new location in Plymouth, itās a massive improvement with their own dedicated parking, which makes it so much easier, even if youāre just carrying out. Thereās more seating inside as well which makes for a better chance of getting a table even...

Went here Mother's Day with family that came up from Virginia. Raved to them about how the food is so good and everyone here is usually great. Today was the opposite of that for the most part.
Pretzel Stix? Overcooked, had an actual crunch to them that you don't normally have with bavarian pretzel sticks.
Tater tots? Also overcooked with a deep brown from over frying.
Basic Bacon Burger? So raw the brunette hostess/waitress started apologizing on the spot with shock on her face. I don't mind a little pink but this was another level. How are you going to call yourself a "burger bar" and not know how to cook a burger?
Couldn't get a hold of the blonde waitress that took our order as she only stopped by at the start, to take our order and take payment.
When bacon burger we sent back was returned it came back a hockey puck, missing it's toppings and was excessively charred on the bottom. The guy who dropped it off asked if the burger was originally overcooked or undercooked as if the chef didn't just hand him the same patty that was brought back.
Wasn't especially busy when we got there but it took forever to get our food. Maybe because the kitchen overcooks everything except the burgers?
The only person who was hospitable to us the whole time was the brunette hostess/waitress who was by the front door and made a few stops at our table when we couldn't get the blonde waitress' attention.
A real far cry from the way KKaties at other locations are and how this place was before they moved to the new location.
Not sure if I'll be returning which is a shame because this place used to be the best place to...
