McDonald's — Restaurant in Plymouth

Annapolis Mcdonalds. Ordered off the app & got some free fries - my dog loves em! Anyway, it took about a minute for the gal to bring me my food. She had a nice smile & thanked me for coming to Mcdonalds. The food was hot, tasty & my dog loved the fries. The whole experience was excellent. I rarely give 5 stars. Download the app - you will be surprised how much you can save (Mcdonalds is getting expensive, but the quality of food & service is the best).

Update Monday March 14th 2022 Curbside pickup no change in the speedy service. Their .68 cent cheeseburgers 🍔 brought me in this time. Only complaint is I ordered ketchup for the fries & they forgot it. No napkins. Burgers were warm & had probably been sitting for awhile. Was there about 4:00. I always have extra ketchup & napkins in the glovebox. Still 5 stars, but if same issues next time I will knock it down a star. Update 3/10/23 Saved money using the app. My meal was free! They told me "app issues"....didn't have to pay. Food was tasty. My dog loved the 🍟 fries. The employees are great here.

Update 6/15/23 App did not work. Instead of paying $12.00 for my order, paid $15.00 & didn't get points. When I drove up to place my order at the speaker, I mentioned the app was not working. I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked to let someone know its down. They could have said they would throw in some free food or a coupon or something. All the girl said was "nothing we can do". I asked her to "mention it to someone". Some guy came on & asked if I was calling her a liar. Told him "I'm not arguing with a speaker" I pulled around to pick up my food. The girl stared at me & handed me my bag & drinks. She stared at me like she didn't like me. This was my first bad experience...

This is a weird McDonald's in terms of location and service. It is tucked away in a corner that is not easily accessible which is not a big issue. But when my family and I went thru the drive thru around 6:45 pm, we ordered 2 large fries and a vanilla cone in a cap. We paid almost $14 for the 3 items, super expensive for fries and ice cream cone. We paid and were told to pull ahead because I guess they didn't have any fries ready. We got the vanilla cone first and let me tell you it was the most stingy ice cream cone ever. Literally was like 3 swirls on top of the cone and smush in the cup. We were surprised by how little ice cream there was, but hey sometimes it is what it is. We pulled into the waiting area and were patiently waiting for the 2 large fries. 10 minutes later we got the fries and they were hot and fresh, however, when we actually took the fries out to our surprise there were barely any fries in both containers. What a rip off, we paid $10 for 2 large fries and basically got the equivalent of 1 small to maybe medium fries. Either this McDonald's is lacking potatoes fries or they are being stingy with fries. I could have gone somewhere else and gotten twice the fries. So disappointed and felt ripped off by this McDonald's and will not be returned to this location. My dollars will not be...

worst drive through experience of my life. never been so upset after a mcdonalds visit. a friend and i both had codes on the app for free fries. we went through the drive through and gave our codes. firstly, it took quite awhile for the cashier to enter the orders. then, when we pulled up to the first window, a kind boy told us we needed to pay 27 cents for sauce, even though the codes said no purchase necessary. he was very understanding and told us he would remove the sauce and give it to us for free after showing him the code. so, we pulled up to the next window and were not-so-warmly greeted with a woman asking us if we had paid. we evenly explained the situation and she was immediately defensive. she told us we must pay 50 cents for a sauce. it was clear that she knew she was in the wrong but was just trying to cover up her worker's mistake. we calmly persisted because we did not want to pay 50 cents after using our points. it was a back and forth and ended with her harshly telling us to "have a good night ladies" and quickly shutting the window in our faces. we made our way down to the medina mcdonalds and recieved much better service by their manager! the medina mcdonalds is definitely worth the extra 5 minute drive...
