The store was filthy. Counters not wiped down, lots of splatters on the pop machine, bathroom not clean. Out of order stall in the women's room and the toilet in the other one was leaking. The cashier walked away from me while I was in the middle of trying to order to talk to another employee. Came back and forgot to add my frosty to the order. A woman ahead of my received the wrong flavor frosties. Was told they didn't have chocolate ones. She asked for a refund and was told it would take 20 minutes. She walked out leaving the wrong frosties behind. I checked my bag and noticed the sauce was missing. I was given it. When I told her I didn't get my Frosty. She pointed at the two frosties the womanhad left behind. I looked up to see if she was kidding and she said, "She didn't touch them." I said I still would like a new one. I had, in fact seen the other woman who complained touch them. By the time it was so over, I was so grossed out that I didn't eat any of my food. Read moreThis is a 0-star review. Walked in at 7 pm on a Thursday night. One person ahead of our party of 3, who was waiting for her food. We stood there for 10 minutes with any of the 5 people working the line acknowledging us. No one even looked up and gave the old "we'll be right with you." Nothing. I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was going to help us. I got blank stares from those looking my direction. No one said anything. Then I blasted them for letting us stand there for that long, oblivious that they had a customer. I told them it was horrible service, and the lady ahead of us in line (still waiting for her food for some 25 minutes at this point, spoke up in agreement. We walked out. Reading other reviews for this location, this appears to be a trend. Not sure how someone that is responsible for this location hasn't rectified this. And don't tell me you can't find good help. No one is looking for 5-star service, and Chick-Fil-A across the street doesn't appear to have any issues. Good luck staying open! We hit the Wendy's off Rockford Road near 169.
