Useless Portal Process

To start off, I worked in the fast food industry for many years. I understand how it could be very busy at times. BUT that doesn’t excuse the wait time of 45 minutes for a pizza! Especially if you saw dozens of people literally walk through the door and get their pizza before yours. I ordered my pizza at 5:55 PM and it was scheduled to be done between 6:17 PM and 6:22 PM. At 6:25 PM I asked the front cashier if my order was almost done. He replied saying it would be about five minutes, so I waited. As I waited I watched dozens of people who did not place an order and walk through the door get their pizza first. I only ordered one Extra Most Bestest Stuff Crust. There were about six other people also waiting for their portal order; when the cashier finally noticed she asked each person individually what their order was and then went to the back to get it before asking the next person for their order. By the end of it all, I waited over 45 minutes only to end up getting a refund and walking out empty handed. Ridiculous and...

Wasn't pleased last couple times I went in. I had ordered 2 Extra Most Bestest, and 1 ICB... nothing too crazy. Several people ordered and walked out before my order was ready. 3 people with the pizza I had asked for and 2 with the bread. WHAT?! I go up to the counter and politely ask about my order and why people who were walk ins, like myself, had received their order before me after already waiting 28min. They apologize and I still left me to wait. After more orders that had what I had ordered walked out the door I became upset. Asked for the manager, who did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue!! My family start calling wondering what's up, then they finally call my name for the order. 48 min!!! Wow! My order could have been filled within 7 min of being there, and 8 people walked out containing same things I ordered. All I got was a sorry for the mix up. Great customer service guy's! I'll take my business somewhere else, I guess it costs extra for customer service, which I will gladly pay...

2 slices of pizza were half folded on top of each other with all the toppings slid off them, ordering online does not allow use of gift cards, even using a credit card it said the store was closed 2 hours before closing time, and then when I went in 2 slices of the pepperoni pizza had been folded in half with all the toppings falling off them was about a 10-15 minute wait for the other pizza so I'm guessing the pepperoni was just sitting there folded like that before I even walked in, sauce costs quite a bit more for the Italian bread, which is using a very small amount of cheap heat to cover the low quality spices being used. The two right most pieces were half burnt. I'll not lie I usually make artisan pizzas at home and am not a frequent pizza buyer but any other chain would offer you better food for the price in my opinion I'll avoid endorsing any specific brand in...
