To start off I am a frequenter at Starbucks, and have been since my first experience with Starbucks back in 1993. My experience with Albertsons is even longer dating all the way back to the early 1970s. The atmosphere was great the lines were long and went fast the baristas cheerful clean helpful however, the normal cup of Starbucks coffee and lattes just were not up to par I don't know if it's the lack of new equipment or bad training procedure but, dish kiosk just doesn't add up to the famous Starbucks lattes and coffee early risers expect to start their day with. My hats off to the baristas but let's get the real thing going again shall we..... So now that it's been a while since I wrote this review things have gotten better the coffee tastes great again and I'm more than satisfied so if I could I'd give them five stars thanks for all your help thanks for all...
   Read moreThis Starbucks on Alameda in Pocatello is in trouble. Sitting here inside and the entire inside of restaurant is waiting for their coffee. Some are saying they have been waiting over 30 mins. I have been waiting 10 mins so far. I got oatmeal and it was not hot and watery. They have a line of cars in the drive thru. It also looks like 9 mobile orders which are just sitting there. Clearly this staff is not handling the demand properly and prioritizing. This management needs to be changed and they need to rethink mobile ordering when they cannot even take care of in person customers. This is painful to...

Asked for the new no straw lid and got chewed out by the manager because he said it wasnât made for my drink and I had to ask for it specifically (I did and the other girl didnât tell him). He told me a case of these what I thought Starbucks made better for the environment Lids were 3 times as much money for them to purchase than regular lids. So much for making your customer feel welcome and Invited about a measly few extra dollars a multi billion dollar company company has to shell out When I paid $5 for a coffee.
