Crispy Burger — Restaurant in Pooler

My husband got food from this establishment on 6/23/25. He order 4 chicken wings, 4 drumsticks and 1 order of fries totaling a price of around $28 dollars. First off the food was awful we just threw it away because with my husband just getting off work and having to rest he just didn’t have the energy to take it back. I offered to take it back but he said NO they just will never get our hard earned money again. Chicken was fried to hard to eat. I know they seen this before serving it to my husband at checkout which makes it worst to serve to customers like this. I have never seen chicken look this disgusting. I would have checked the bags myself but my husband was so tired that he thought they would be honest in serving good food. This place obviously doesn’t care about quality of food being served. Presentation of your food speaks for your establishment and this was by far the worst me and my husband ever received. I read the reviews but tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but please examine your food and if it’s not of your appealing don’t pay for this mess. Me and my husband got sick and all we ate was one piece of chicken a piece we had diarrhea, nausea, stomach ache . No need to reply action speak louder than typing a reply. All these new restaurant's popping up and unfortunately thay all dissapoint, I had high hopes for this spot. I got a Cheeseburger and the 3pc Chicken combo with a side of cheesesticks, my fiance got the 2pc cbicken combo with a milk tea.... and it was $46....

Cheeseburger -very basic, bland, low quality beef (the type you buy in bulk at aldis) flavorless. -only came with lettuce, cheese, and mustard

Chicken -very low quality chicken, 1 of the 3 pieces was inedible due to the fact that the outside was so overfried it was burnt to a crisp with no meat left, instead of a nice white color underneath the fried skin it was very dark, black, and the bone marrow had started coming because it was broken.

Fries -extremely strong freezerburn taste, first bite they taste great but once you really chew them it just tastes like youre licking the frost out of their deep freezer.

Cheese Sticks -THESE ARE BIT TRADITIONAL ASIAN CHEESESTICKS -Do not expect mozzerella or the type of cheese youd find in a K-Dog -breading was flavorless, cheese was like very old creamcheese

Boba Tea -Tea was good but the bobas were inedible

I just tried the Crispy Burger today. The service was excellent. Very friendly. I had the chicken fingers. Super extra crispy. The batter is very light and unique compared to the usual. It also came with a pack of black pepper and a seasoning pack. And they gave me more than I ordered!😁 If you like a sauce with some real heat try the mango habanero sauce. It's really good and has quite a bite. Also my chicken fingers were spicy so they had some heat too. I was very pleased with the food and my visit today. I will definitely be back. Also included a little pack of gloves so your hands won't be greasy. Not that the chicken was greasy. It's very moist and tasty. I can't say enough about this place.
